Placements: Mostly, placements of students are successful within the campus or outside. The B.A students are given proper training for live classroom experience and also are highly enriched in the efficiency of knowledge about interviews. The salary package is quite favorable for students.
Placements: Our college does not have a mandatory placement system, so the majority of the students do not opt for a job after the completion of the degree. There are some seminars and workshops held, and the students who are interested join these small internships that come their way. English honors mostly means that the majority of the students go for higher studies or otherwise they work as editors, translators, content writers, etc. Mostly NGOs and social welfare organizations give students a chance to ...
Placements: The college has not offered any job roles for students pursuing Economics Honors in 2022. The placements are not as good as shown on the website. Only 1 out of 50 got placement in PWC company. Others went to study masters in the hope of getting better job opportunity.
Placements: The placement opportunities are good enough. Companies like ICICI and Wipro visit our college. The students placed are in the range of 30-35. Alumni networking also contributes to the placement success. On average, placements every year range from 2-4 LPA.
Placements: There is no dedicated placement cell. Only 1% of students are contacted, indicating shady companies. The highest package offered, which is also the lowest, is 8 LPA. The only two companies that came were D.E. Shaw and ICICI Bank. There is no internship offered here at the college. The top roles offered are content writers.
Placements: Above 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,00 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. Cognizant and TCS visit our college. Almost 60% of students got internships in various renowned companies like Amazon, Frankfin, TCS, etc. Top roles offered are HR manager, data analyst, back office administrator, etc.
Placements: Loreto unlike other private institutes doesn't take responsibility of placements. You can approach the placement cell, and if there's a company coming to the campus that year, you can apply. Most companies offer internship opportunities which might lead to placement in the company depending on your performance.
Placements: The placement scenario in Loreto College for B.Ed course students is quite good. Every year, around 80% of students get placed via college and the rest also get off-campus calls. Schools from different parts of the country Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal, etc., demand teachers passed out from Loreto College. During the two years course, many good students also get chances for internships as guest teachers in many schools within Kolkata by the college.
Placements: There is no placement cell, most of the students go for Masters after completing Bachelors degree. Less than 50% students get jobs right after graduation. Even if a student gets a job it is not in a field related to the study area. The CTC can be around 1.8-2.5 Lacs. But after doing Masters the CTC will be much higher. The alumni works in companies like Zomato, Amazon, TCS etc. There is no internship assistance from the college. Though some of the students find good internship opportunities on t...
Placements: About 58% of the students were placed from our course. The average fee for our course is Rs. 20,400. There are many top recruiting companies for our course. About 21% of the students got internships from our course in Codezin Technology Solutions Private Limited. The top percentage of students from the batch got placed.
Placements: The college doesn't provide many placement opportunities, but it helps students by providing them with free courses, enrolment in coaching classes and TTC training. However, the college is trying to expand its control and opportunities for students.
Placements: Loreto College provides undergraduate degrees to students majorly in the field of arts and economics. Recently the Masters programme for certain subjects were opened for the students. So the kind of courses offered need to be back by industry practice which is not available in the college. There are not many placement opportunities. No proper placement cell. Students need to look for summer internships by themselves. So I feel there needs to be improvement here.
Placements: Placements every year on an average is 2- 4 LPA. Last year it was 6-7 LPA ( Lacs per annum. ). This year it's 7.6-8 LPA. Red Bull company had given some students of our college the opportunity to be promoters of their drink during our fest. They would distribute free drinks and the students promoting the drink would receive a considerable amount for this job.
Placements: There were no placements in college, which was the reason after the completion of graduation, students need to find jobs themselves. The same goes for internships also. Our batch was outstanding. Everyone got admission in well-known universities as many of us got first class.
Placements: The placement opportunities in the college are not that great as there is no placement cell. Few companies like Deloitte, Zomato visited the college in the past and hired a few students who are happily still working there. Most students opt for higher studies after completing their education here.
Placements: The college does not offer placements at this level for the students. The college did not take much of an initiative in getting students placed. I would recommend them to look into it and enable students to get a suitable offer at bachelors level too.
Placements: The placement sector is quite underdeveloped because most of the students opt for master's. Although Cognizant did come, the offers weren't good enough. Since most of the students opt for higher studies, the college is quite slack about the placements. It would be better, however, if this sector is developed, as it gets difficult for the students who want to discontinue their studies and get a job.
Placements: Loreto College does not provide any placements as such since this is an arts college. Only those aspirants who wish to make a career in the creative or arts field should join this institution initially. The college has a convent backdrop, hence you can expect great recognition and job offers.
