Review of Loyola Academy Degree and PG College.

Placements: There are very few placements. Even the roles are not that important. Students from the field of Cybersecurity got simple jobs with 3 LPA as their package. The recruiting companies were Accenture, Supraja Technologies, etc. Coming to the internships, the internships which were provided were worthy from a good sector.

Loyola Academy with potential for excellence.

Placements: There are no placement offers in B.A. psychology field but the teachers are pretty good in their teaching and strict too. The number of students in this course are pretty good. There should be placements for B.A. psychology in the future. If not, there is no point in taking this course.

Absolutely dissatisfied when it comes to lectures and Placements.

Placements: 30% of students are taken in placements. Very low number of students are taken in placements. It's very tough to get in placements. The college offers placement but they aren't for everyone. Top recruiting companies are, JP Morgan, Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, E&Y, etc., internship process and selection is very low. Approximately 5-10% of people are selected in internships. Accounting and financial roles are mostly offered to us.

The faculty now are not good compared to the past.

Placements: The placements are not provided till now. All the students are facing the same problem. They just take your resume and do nothing. Not even a single company recruited students from our college. It has the worst placement cell ever. It is completely irresponsible.

The college is good. Studies provided by the college are amazing and very useful for life.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, but the salary package given by the companies are very low. The process during placement selection is very slow, and few students are only selected in placements. The procedure if a student is selected, then that student is not allowed to appear for other companies, which is very bad.

No support for innovation or intelligence. Faculty is quite orthodox and is not open to any changes.

Placements: About 30% of students were placed in my course including me. I was offered the highest package of 3.8 LPA and the lowest was around 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies included ITC, MRF, Asian paints and Dr. Reddy's. The best role that was offered was of quality control officer in ITC paper and paperboards, Bhadrachalam.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements haven't been given. The department of mass communication gets a few subject-related companies offering us internships. Mostly Telugu news channels approaches to which only one or two students have applied. Others preferred further studies.

It is a dissatisfying college for poor students.

Placements: About 85% of the students in our course got placed. The salary offered to the students is Rs. 60,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Indica, Insta and Apple visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like advertising manager and filmmaker, are offered to the students. The salary package offered in our course is 12 LPA. About 50% of students got an internship in companies like Amazon, etc. Students can only get a placement if they score more than 75% in academics. Rest of the students w...

It is a friendly campus with mediocre teachers and pathetic placement cell.

Placements: For placements, many companies did not visit our college to offer roles. There is no internship in the entire course. Even if you want to go for an internship on your own, you will find yourselves with a shortage of skills expected from you by the companies. At the end of the first and second years of college, students are frustrated. The placement cell of the college is very pathetic, and they never meet your expectations which is the worst part of the college. Their placement policy can be bet...

College has good reputation but it fails to maintain it.

Placements: So far no placements for our MBA department this year. But last year, there were good placements. The salary offered was between 3-5 Lacs per annum. We are still expecting placements this year but not much interest is shown by our placement team. We need to search for Internships on our own.

The college is good for studies and exposure.

Placements: MNCs like Amazon, Uber, Wipro, Infosys, etc., visited our campus to offer placements. However, the placement percentage was quite low. The maximum package offered to the students was 1.9 LPA. The college has a placement cell, but it was not much efficient or useful to the students.

The college charges for practical sessions.

Placements: Amazon, Prathista, Deloitte, Wipro, these are the jobs for other departments. They do not offer any placements for B.Sc Biotechnology students. We get only Amazon by paying Rs. 1000 for placements to take the interview. The jobs in Amazon are no way related to our course.
