Overall good college with supportive faculty .

Placements: Placement offers are good for this course. If you score relatively good as compared to others, you are guaranteed to be placed. About 70% of students were placed at pharmaceutical companies. The highest package received at Cipla was around 18 Lacs while the lowest can be upto 6 Lacs.

You can trust me, this was a good review.

Placements: Actually, my course is B.A., that's why I don't have any placement or anything, but other courses like B.A. and BCS have good placements, with packages of 7 to 8 Lacs per year. Talking about internships, the college can provide some internships for students.

Our college provides good teachers.

Placements: Many students get placed in different companies such as TCS and Infosys. Many economics students get jobs with high salary packages. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Different roles offered by companies are accountants, etc.

Good education and labs, but lacks discipline and proper classrooms, especially for biotechnology.

Placements: 80% of students got placements. The highest package is 7-8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3-4 LPA. Serum Institute, Reliance Life Sciences, Jain Irrigation, TCS, Persistent Systems, Lupin Biotech, Genome Biotech, Evolvus, Optra Systems, and Praj Industries are the top companies where the college offers placements, and above 60-70% of students get internships according to their skills.

Review of M.E.S. Abasaheb Garware College (MESAGC).

Placements: About 70% of students were placed during my batch in my course. The packages offered in my course are average. The two top recruiting companies were Pipal Tree Service and Seven Consultancy Services. Placements were good enough, as 50-60%students were placed from college. The top roles offered in my course were lab technician, biochemist etc.

It provides great infrastructure and culture, but not satisfied with the management and placements.

Placements: This college does not offer much to the students when it comes to internships and job placements. Most of the students find internships online which can sometimes be difficult. College barely takes any effort in educating, and the students about internships and jobs available in the market. The top roles offered in our course are content writer, translator, transcripter, copy writer, etc.

My college experience was good.

Placements: College has a very good faculty members which guide us to get a good life with good salary. In my course there is no placement as it is not professional course but after IIT JAM exam students get a good placement through IIT ISER teachers in AGC guide us to give this exam.

M.E.S. Abasaheb Garware College is a good college for studying.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements. Most of the students take admission for M.Sc or study for government exams or find jobs by themselves. Some students also opt for higher studies like a PhD. The college does not provide internship opportunities.

Above Average college for Arts.

Placements: No placement for this course. I am studying in Arts faculty and students choose this course for getting help in competitive exams. And some students go for higher studies like Ph.D. and M.phill, therefore there is no placement facility available for this course.

Good college worth the money.

Placements: Register for the company which is coming for campus and if your criteria is met then you can sit for aptitude test or interview depending on the company what they want to take. Every year approximately 15-25 company's come to our college looking for interns.

There is good infrastructure, and not much friendly staff.

Placements: There is a separate placement cell in the college which is good. Every year, many reputed companies come to this college. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 25,000 per month for the students having the bachelor's degree, and minimum salary offered is around Rs. 17,000 per month. Teachers help in placements.

I had a very bad experience. Studying here is a waste of time and money.

Placements: There was no placement cell or placement committee in the college. The teachers never provided any assistance to the students regarding jobs or placement or careers in the field. None of my batchmates got any job, and almost all of them are still clueless about their core subjects.

Overall, the college is good, but few changes should be done for the betterment.

Placements: The placements are good as I have heard about it. 50%-60% of the students are placed from the college. I don't know about the salary, but not much of big placements are held. Local companies are visited by the companies not the bigger once. There is a placement cell, but standard companies should visit the college.

A perfect college for science and commerce field, with a hygiene environment and fully secured.

Placements: Since the college offers only science, commerce, and arts subjects, and being a government college, it does not give wide scope for the campus, but still, for bachelors in science, there does come some companies and offer a normal pay like Infosys recruit students of B.Sc and other 3 years course. Most probably the salary scale will be nearer to 2.5 lacs per annum.

Good college with respect to teaching and skills.

Placements: There is no campus placement for this course. But the faculty helps the students and provide all the information about the jobs available after this course, and they suggest companies also. Most of the student prefer higher education after this course. Jobs are available in biotechnology and bioinformatics labs.
