Q:   Is B.Sc. at M.S.G. Arts, Science and Commerce College a good choice?

    A:
    {Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Here's what current and past students say:

    * Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, with well-mannered departments, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, medical rooms, sports equipment, and playgrounds.
    * Teaching Quality: Teachers are well-qualified, brilliant, and knowledgeable, providing good-quality teaching that helps students understand concepts easily.
    * Student Strength: Classrooms have a good number of students, allowing for effective learning.
    * Events: Various events are conducted regularly, involving both students and teachers, and are managed efficiently by staff members.
    * Placement Opportunities: Although there are currently no placements within the college, some graduates have secured jobs outside the campus. The college encourages entrepreneurship and offers initial funding for those who wish to pursue start-ups.

However, there are some limitations to consider:

    * No Placement Record: As the first batch of B.Sc. Mathematics, there are no placement records yet. Similarly, there are no placements across other departments either.
    * Limited Rural Area Job Prospects: Due to the college being located in a rural area, job opportunities might be limited compared to urban areas.

In conclusion, while B.Sc. at M.S.G. Arts, Science and Commerce College may have its limitations, the positive factors such as good infrastructure, quality teaching, and regular events suggest that it could still be a good choice for students who value these aspects.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this college because of no good placements.
Placements: As our batch is the first batch of B.Sc. Mathematics, there are no placement in our college. The college is located in rural area. There are no placements in any of the departments. But we would like it if there are placement in our college so the people in the rural area can also get jobs as early as possible.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Department, classroom, library, laboratories, medical room, sports equipment, and playground are well mannered. The Wi-Fi facilities are not available during my tenure. However, it provides the facilities now. Overall, it is good.
Faculty: Teachers and staff members in the college are well qualified, brilliant and have good knowledge about the particular subject and topic. Every staff member is helpful. The quality of teaching is good so that students can easily understand. The strength of students in the classroom is also good.
Other: At the end of every month, various types of events are conducted. Students and teachers participate in the event. Events are amazingly managed by the staff members.

Our college is the best college.
Placements: A placement is a period of work experience that is an integrated and assessed part of a student's degree, so that is different from an internship which is extra-curricular. Placements require students to apply their learning from the course in the workplace and apply learning from the workplace in the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are focusing on the labs, classrooms, etc., while selecting a college. It is important that the college has a very good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. Their way of teaching is good and also they are always available if you need any help or want to share something. Exams are not so difficult and they are pretty well compared to education. Teachers also teach us in detail so that's not an issue.
Other: The college must build a personal connection with our students, motivate your students, help students maintain focus, create a sense of community, make discussions meaningful, increase student engagement, address equity issues, and identify and support struggling students.

Our college is beautiful, and I'm satisfied with it.
Placements: There are no placements from our college. If you want placements, you have to go off-campus. We have good placements in 2022. There is a big role in the leadership in our college. Other students get packages of about 13 LPA in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college does not have hostel facilities, but the infrastructure of our college is good. There is no Wi-Fi system, but for college labs, they give the lab system to the PC of the college for an internet connection. Our college has a big library.
Faculty: There are a lot of courses, but a few are un-grand. Their fees are close to Rs. 30,000. The exam system of our college is also good. We have better teachers, except in maths. I'm absolutely satisfied because of the faculty.

The better college. I am very grateful to study at this college.
Placements: The placements here are satisfactory. Moreover, I was interested in entrepreneurship, and college encourages one on that side with the initial funding. The preparation for placements is also good. One can be placed well. Ours is the first batch so, don't have much idea, but there are plenty of internships offered to us.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good, and the classroom and college environment is good. But day by day, interest in the food was decreasing gradually. For every sports ground, a court was there. One can enjoy and complete their degree here.
Faculty: Every faculty is oppressive to students, and they help with students' problems. Students will prepare for the exam in a healthy environment. One can have a very glorious and enjoying college life here along with efficient study supportive surroundings, and every student's teacher and staff are well coordinated to each other, and they are helpful had a very great experience learning in this college.
