Great faculty with poor facilities. Needs to focus on infrastructure maintenance and administration.
Placements: Placement rate is around average as not many opt for job immediately after MBBS and prepare for PG instead. Chances are you'll be taken up by clinics and small scale hospitals after MBBS to learn without much salary but getting experience instead. Skills taught by the college itself is not enough for landing a job and will have to go that extra mile with dedication to land a satisfactory one. Salaries range about 20,000 to 30,000 on starting and depends on your skill set.
Infrastructure: Not all classrooms are made the same with facilities. Only 3-4 can be classified as proper classrooms with comfortable benches. No Wi-Fi facility available for study/research. Library is spacious with too many books on display but only handful books from each subject are actually given to read. Not allowed to issue books outside library though. Boy’s hostel is absolutely worse. Infact calling it the worse is an understatement. Totally unhygienic and administration has given up. There's literally no mess or any other facility other than a single B.Ed in the room. Absolutely filthy bathrooms along with cobwebs since 2001.
Faculty: All teachers are well qualified and educated. Method of teaching is almost always by power point presentation. Bedside clinical discussions are always helpful and very informative. Semester exams are easy but correction is strict. Curriculum is set every year and all important topics are covered in the class.
Other: The entire college is filled with students from Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, with 80% localities from Gulbarga itself. It's tough to fit in unless you're from this region. The patient load is good and there are many cases everyday to learn from. Professors are always there to teach in hospital too. There's not much space campus wise, as majority of the space is occupied by the college building itself. Nothing else in the college campus apart from college building. Administration is filled with lazy and egotistical people. Expect a long waiting time to get anything signed/done.

Our college is very good in all aspects.
Placements: Placements are good in this college. The package is also average. The number of students who get good hospitals will be less, and the average hospital will be more than usual. The practice is not up to the mark. As there are many hospitals in the same city, and the same road the cases are split among the 3.
Infrastructure: It is an old building and all the classes do not have air-conditioners. The hostel is not good, and the transportation is also not provided for the students of the hostel. The hostel and college are 1 km away and the hospital is 2 km away. The infrastructure is not good, and there is no proper auditorium in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are not good in this college. The curriculum is as usual RGUHS schedule they follow. There are regular classes and posting will be there along with this small group teaching and self-directed learning is also conducted.
Other: In this college, scholarships are provided.

Very good college for medical course with good faculty and good infrastructure.
Placements: Mahadevappa Rampura Medical College is a very repetitive college located in Gulbarga. Most of the doctors qualified from this college report that more than 50% of students will pass from the course and get a job.
Infrastructure: The faculty is good, and the teachers are very experienced, having completed both MBBS and MD. Both practical and theory classes are conducted, and the quality of the facilities, including the hostel, library, mess, canteen, and sports, is given importance.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified; they are knowledgeable. This course is related to the medical field, and students contribute to society through social service based on their knowledge. Semester exams are very easy to pass, but we have to study regularly.
Other: We receive scholarships, and Ganesh festival and National festival are celebrated. Freshers' Day is also observed.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and college.
Placements: A total of 150 students pass out every year from our college. All students get internships from our college. Our college is more than 50 years old, and the teachers are well experienced here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in our college. The library is also good with all books. Lecture halls are very good, and there is a huge dissection hall. There are spacious separate practical labs for every department. The hostel is not much good. The building is very old, and the bathrooms are not good. Our college has all the lab facilities. The hospital is very good with a 1,100-bed capacity and daily 1,500 patient output.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well experienced. This college is affiliated with RGUJS university, and it has a new CBME based course curriculum. The course curriculum is completely relevant for MBBS students. The teaching staff members are very knowledgeable, and staff members of the respective departments have submitted many research papers also.

Good facilities and high patient loads .
Placements: 150 students are there in each year. U have to compulsory do internship here. The stipend they provide is 10000
For studies it is very good. U can prepare for NEET PG while teaching in your own college. Very well educated professors and very nicely done practical.
Infrastructure: College campus is great. It? S been 50 years. The oldest college of Gulbarga. Hostel is great. Unlike other college hostels it is very clean and full of greenery? Mess is soo good. Aunty comes daily to clean rooms and washrooms. Best hostel overall .
Faculty: Professors are very helpful. No need to fear them. Just ask the concept? They will even help in practical? Except viva? U have to be well prepared for it. Exams are for them who studies? So study very well and from starting. And yes eligibility criteria is must?
Other: I wanted to be doctor so I chose this course. Yes life is hectic but u will enjoy like other student? It is fun as well? Respect is first priority. And u re going to deal with patient.

Good faculty with a pretty average campus and basic infrastructure, with a good pass percentage.
Placements: It is a medical college. Most of the students prefer studying MD rather than working immediately after MBBS. This college has a compulsory 1-year internship as given by the board. This internship is paid. If we want to get placed and work immediately after MBBS, it is very easy to get a job in a hospital or set up a clinic.
Infrastructure: This college is a 70-year-old college with good and experienced faculty. It has some of the best doctors in the city for all the clinical subjects. It has limited infrastructure as it is an old campus. The hostel has average facilities. There are 2 canteens on the campus, one in the college and one in the hospital. There are sports and games on the campus, from indoor to outdoor. It has annual sports competitions and intercollege competitions.
Faculty: The teachers are very experienced and very qualified as per the course. The quality is also good. They are one of the best in the city. The curriculum is also relevant. Exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage for final-year MBBS this year is 100 percent.
Other: The best thing about doing MBBS is job satisfaction. It is a bit stressful and largely impacts the mental health of the patient. The internship and postgraduate working hours are very long. This should be improved. This college has an annual fest called GLIMPSE, and there are many medical conferences taking place. The best doctors all over the state attend these conferences. You can get SSP scholarships if eligible.
