Professors are quite good. But the infrastructure & placement rate is too poor.

Placements: There are mostly 50% of students who get placement in the B.Com. department. May be an INR 150000–200000 LPA package is what average candidates get. On the other hand, most students do not graduate from college with a bachelor's degree. And maybe they are not interested in doing the job.

Has lots of scope for improvement.

Placements: Placement is not done honesty in this college. If you are very lucky you can be hire into the college faculty itself. You have to do extra courses after graduation to be honest. Just graduation does not hold any value nowadays and back when I graduated, mmcc did not do placements.

Our college is the best if you want a degree.

Placements: No placements were provided by the college. They just provided the degree if one passed the exams then one had to find a job for yourself. One had to find companies for their internship. They would not tell you to join any internship if it was not mandatory.

Teachers are friendly and the college office is also good but the infrastructure is poor.

Placements: About 10% of students were placed but they also arranged their off-campus drive from youtube videos. The highest salary package cracked is 2.5 LPA and none of the preset students got an internship. The roles are offered by the college. There is no placement support and overall, it is very bad.

The college is overall good. Student who wants to B.A and B.Com they can go for this college.

Placements: I don't have any knowledge about the placements because I belong to the literature course. Placements depend on student's hard work. I am not sure, but students who belong to B.Sc and B.Com can get placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements and other facilities.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. Since the college is affiliated to Calcutta University, it follows the old techniques of providing education. Moreover, there is no pressure on students regarding attendance which is the only good thing in our college. You have to find a job on your own because the college does not have any placement cell.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement.

Placements: The college has very bad placement for CMSA (Hons) students. There is no opportunity for corporate offices. Till date,14000 is the highest paid and 7000 is the least. No companies visited the campus. The students need to attend the walk-in interview for the jobs; this is not good as student paid a lot of money as fee during the college semester.

Need to improve the college.

Placements: No placement fecality there. Till now I haven't heard that any company visit the college for campusing. This college senior management orthority is failed to create any placement for the students because they are focused on politics not to development the college.

Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: I have done B.Sc(H), I'm computer science, there are no placements have been made in the college. Some of our friends got a job in TCS, but they had to apply personally. In no circumstances, the college was involved. Later after completion of the course, we tried to reach our Hod, but in vain.

A better college in Kolkata.

Placements: There is no placement procedure in our college. Only results are distributed, then you have to go to M.com for further studies, as our college have no alliances with any companies for the job recruitment. It's not new in Kolkata, most of the colleges don't give placement to their students. That's why there is more unemployment in Kolkata as for graduate students. Only 2-3 colleges are there in Kolkata which gives the placement to their students such as Goenka and St. Xavier's.

A short exposure of facilities at Maharaja Manidra Chandra College.

Placements: Placements were not available for B.A. (Hons) course. And we only had general and honours courses. Since MBA or engineering courses were not available in our college, there was no question of placements. However, the faculty was helpful in this matter.
