It is a good college if you want to study properly.
Placements: All students have graduated and become doctors in various hospitals. Almost 100% of students got placed in this course. Internships should be done in MOSC. This college also offers PG courses in many different subjects.
Infrastructure: In our college, learning facilities are good. Projectors, air-conditioners, etc., are available in our classrooms. The classrooms are average. The hostel offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Separate hostels are available for both boys and girls. First-year students are initially accommodated in a different hostel from the other years. The hostel for first-year students also has interns and PG students, but they are on different floors.
Faculty: Our college provides good faculty members. Teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always clarify our doubts. Most of them are doctors in this college.

Considering MOSC as your medical college?
Placements: There are no placements from the college as such, obviously, the course being MBBS. However, being a pass-out from MOSC is considered quite good around Kerala, so it's relatively easier to get placed into JR positions in comparison to other private medical colleges in the state.
Infrastructure: The hospital and the college campus are pretty well maintained. There's constant updating and reconstruction of the wards, OPDs, and hospital departments. Cleanliness is well kept. Lecture halls are equipped with projectors and chalkboards. They are spacious enough for a class of 100. The hostel is decent and kept clean. The mess and other facilities are okay.
Faculty: Faculties are well-experienced and knowledgeable and teach through lectures, small group discussions, seminars, etc. There are 3 part completion tests (sessionals) by the college for internal examination and 1 university exam at the end of each year. The exams are moderate, and the evaluation is pretty strict. The pass percentage is an overall 50%.
