Other: Electronic and communication engineering course provide more information about up coming generation resources so I choose this course. The best thing about this course is it is very practical in real life. Hardware jobs are very hard to find without internships. I wish my college would provide more internships for students. So that we can get more information about practical electronic and communication engineering. Events in our college are very nice you can watch on our youtube channel of mrcet. Campus is very friendly. All branches are connected with eachother through events like hackathon etc. Scholarships are available. Extracurricular activities are done in our college.

It is an average college with food facility and no extra curricular activities for 2025 placements.
Placements: Placements are poor. Placements are 30% and less recruitment this year. It provides less internships. My course placements are good. Around 80% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Many companies visit our college for recruitment. Top companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, and Tech Mahindra. They offer good jobs. Internships are also good. Around 60% of students got internships in companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL. Students get good roles. Top roles offered are software engineer, data analyst, business analyst, IT consultant, and system administration.
Infrastructure: Poor Wi-Fi is available. Labs are average. There is a good library. Hostel facilities are good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food in mess and canteen is average, sometimes good. Medical facilities are available, and doctor visits regularly. Sports are games facilities are good. We have a playground, gym, and indoor games. Overall, it is okay.
Faculty: Teachers are just good. It doesn't make industry ready. Pass percentage is very good and sincere character for teachers. They have good respect for students and support exceptional performance by students.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for CSE. College has computers and advanced internet. Events are conducted once in a blue moon.

It's good to join, and we get good placements in several companies.
Placements: Our college will allow students who have a CGPA of 8.0 and above to participate in the placement drive and no backlogs till the date of placements. Our college will provide an average package of 3-4 lakhs per annum. Our top recruiting companies include Cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, but coming to the labs, I'm not much interested because there are no proper systems and no proper Wi-Fi. But we have resources like a library. Our college hostel food is good when students join, up to the first month, but after a month later, it's not much interesting.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful, and some of the faculty are not much qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is somewhat bad. The course curriculum is not relevant, and they are teaching already outdated technologies, while many colleges are teaching new technologies. We didn't have good lab classes.
Other: I joined Computer Science and Technology because I am very much enthusiastic about coding and computers, and many people are also showing interest in it. And many are getting good packages in it. Many colleges are not teaching new upcoming technologies. We also have a technical fest every January after Pongal.

MRCET- campus placements .
Placements: 90 percent of students from every course are placed in very good MNC companies. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies in my course are Amazon, Cognizant, etc. Internships are not provided by our college. Core companies related to electronics and communication will not be hiring from our college, but IT companies will be hiring from all the branches.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not so good in our college. All the classrooms are facilitated with digital boards. The library is filled with a lot of books and is always up-to-date. The hostels are not so bad. The quality of food is better. Medical facilities are always good.
Faculty: The teachers are always helpful, and they are very well-qualified and very knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. It is also industry-related. The semester exams are tough in this college. The pass percentage is 60.
Other: I chose this course because I like electronics, and I love to do all experiments. This course is completely related to electronics and communication, which is a daily life need. This must be industry-related, and there must be industrial visits so that everyone can learn more. There will be only a technical fest in this college.

Placements: I am from the Data Science branch, 2026 passing out batch. In our course, around 60 percent of students get placed in good companies. The highest package offered in our college is 22 LPA this year, and the average package is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our course are Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, TCS, Global Logic, and Cognizant. Some of the students are offered internships, and roles offered in our course are analyst and software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college is the best in terms of infrastructure facilities, such as good classrooms, Wi-Fi facility, big library, and labs for every department in college. In our college, there are separate blocks for each department. The college provides hostel facilities for boys and girls. The quality of food in the canteen and hostel mess is excellent. The college provides free medical facilities at any time. The college has all ways of transportation. The college has good sports grounds for every game.
Faculty: In our college, teachers are helpful, and they are highly qualified in their fields and knowledgeable. The teaching quality in our college is average. Teachers mostly stick to the textbooks, and there is no practical knowledge. Our course is curriculum relevant and makes students industry-ready. Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering in relevant stream
M.E./M.TechCandidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. in ECE/AMIE in ECE, AMIE (Electronics and Telecommunication Engg)./AMIETE (Electronics & Telematics Engg.)/ Electronics or equivalent / Electronics from a UGC recognised University/ Institute. M.Sc. (Electronics) is not eligible to apply. Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates over TS PGECET qualified candidates. Candidate must have secured 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category).
MBA/PGDMCandidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit.
