The campus has good infrastructure and facilities, but placements are not up to the mark.

Placements: Our college is trying to place maximum passed students. It is also providing placement training. Students got placed in companies like TCS, IBS, Byju's, Sutherland, etc. Top roles offered are as a software engineer, hardware engineer, etc. Average salary package offered is around 2.5 LPA.

The college provides good infrastructure but lags in placements.

Placements: Around 10% of the students were placed, and the rest went to off-campus placements. The highest salary offered was around Rs. 20,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was around Rs. 10,000 per month. Companies like Orakor and Merit Homes visited our college. Top roles offered were structural designer, site engineer, and some got selected into Kochi Metro Limited. None of the students got internships.

Absolutely dissatisfied due to the faculty and management of college.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical course in our college are unsatisfactory and most of the time there are no companies to even offer for placements. We have to give interviews for out of field related companies, mostly IT based companies. The maximum people placed last year i.e. for 2017 was 6 people at most.

Pleasant Conditionalized College.

Placements: More than one-fourth of our seniors are placed every year I. e. around 35%. Our college truly provide a good placement practice and have a Placement Cell for this. Most of them are offered Rs.20000. The highest salary is 9 Lacs and the lowest is 10000. IBM, WIPRO, Aditya Birla, etc. Are visited mostly. Many roles such as assistant, accountant, manger, promoter, etc. Around 25% are placed from our college. The highest salary is from our batch pointed above. Average salary is Rs.15000. I'm unsatisfied with the placements, and really good faculty members and infrastructure is present.

Placements: There is good placement facility. More than 50 companies visit the college every year. Students from computer science department got many placements. Placements for other departments are considerably low. But electronics and electrical students also got good placements.

Absolutely the worst college. They ruined our 4 years of the best part in our life.

Placements: Placement is very poor. The college management gets cash from outside, but they don't provide any placement. This college ruined my life. It is not good. The college life is very bad. The management is focused on making money, that's the problem.

The college has good atmosphere and faculty.

Placements: The mechanical branch didn't have many placements in our college, but the other colleges have good placements. Many of my friends from the other department are placed in the companies like Byjus App, Infosys, etc. They offer a starting salary of Rs. 75,000. The placements are helping our students a lot.

I'm not much satisfied with faculty ,good placement wing, very good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement wing in the college is good for all the departments except mechanical. The computer science department has more opportunities, compared to any other department in the college. The effective amount of staff is working additionally in the placement wing. If you have good communication skills, then your chances of getting placed are more.

Mangalam is great with helpful teachers. Mangalam is a bit costly, but worth the money.

Placements: There will be nice placements in CS, EC and EEE and in all the batches related to IT. The average salaries offered was about Rs. 25,000 per month, but the highest was around Rs. 1 Lakhs per month. Also, the students were offered good roles and internships were provided to almost all of them. There is also a placement cell available which is very useful.

Best place to be a mechanical engineer.

Placements: College has a placement cell and they will let us to know about the recruitment. Basically for mechanical engineering students, job offers through placement are very low as compared with that of other stream students like computer science and electronics.

A review of my college - Mangalam College of Engineering.

Placements: Since, I am from civil engineering department, there is not much placement available for us in our college. But in other departments, plenty of placements are available. Companies like Tata, Wipro, TSS, Techno Park, etc. are coming and placing students from electronics and communication and computer science department. In some cases, jobs are offered at call centers whereas in some other cases, distant places job opportunities are offered with poor salary.
