Placements: The placements of our seniors are very low, but there are lots of companies remaining for placement. The percentage of the students placed is on an average, 70. The salary offered is based on the students' personality, knowledge and skills they got.
Placements: 80% of my current seniors were placed in various companies, and they are getting 2 to 3 Lacs per annum salary. Companies like Welspun, Raymonds, and many garments companies will come. They offered the post as production manager, merchandiser and sales manager, etc.
Placements: The placements in my college are about 100% in textile branches and about 30% in other branches. Many companies visit the college from all over the country to recruit students. Packages are also good, and job location is also perfect. Many students avail the opportunity of placements. College staff is also helpful in placements.
Placements: 80% of the students in the current senior batch were placed in the various companies, and they are offered 2 to 3 lacs per annum salary. The companies like Welspun, Raymond and many garments companies will visit. They offered the post as production manager, merchandiser and sales manager etc.
Placements: 90% placements are provided in the textile branch. For the campus placement, all the top companies like Raymonds LTD, Verdhman LTD, Arvind, Trident, Nahar, etc., visit. The highest, as well as the minimum, stipend offered is Rs. 3 lakhs. Some top companies also offered Rs. 10lakhs. The name of the MLV college is very famous in India. So it attracts the attention of all the companies.
Placements: There are about 60% to 70% students who get the campus placement, and the 10% to 20% student go for the higher studies, while remaining have their own parental business. Those who belong to the rich family background, they come up with creative ideas and go for the startup programme. In the last year, in 2016-17, a total of 138 students got placed. Out of 138 students, 121 students joined the company on 1 July, and the remaining student didn't join. Mostly the companies that prefer to come to th...
Placements: If you want work in production, 80-90% placements will be guaranteed. I did not want to go into production, so I did not go for campus placement, through job portals. Now I am working with one of the biggest groups in the textile sector in business development.
Placements: This college provides zero placement. There is no placement from the past ten years, and I don't think that in the future any company would like to come to this college. The training and placement officer is so poor that he doesn't even take any interest in the students. The placements in this college are just a trap to attract new students.
Placements: No on-campus placement was held and no student got placed from my campus. None of my seniors got placed from my campus too. There was no support even for internships, so no question of highest or lowest packages. A very poor placement record, so I would never recommend you to take admission in this college.
Placements: Placement is fair for my college's 2016 batch. Many students are placed for companies like DEDO, Indian Army, HPCL, HMT come to college and salary package is 4.5LPA to 6LPA. The students are offered with posts like an executive engineer and senior engineer. The highest stipend is 25,000 per month, and the lowest stipend is 8,000 per month.
Placements: Being the oldest and renowned college in textile, almost all reputed textile firms are coming to this college for hiring fresh graduates. Raymond, Arvind Mills, Welspun and Trident are some of the big names among many that have hired students from our college. Every year marks 100% campus placements in the textile department of the college. Internships are usually unpaid but a few like Grasim and Blackberrys do provide a stipend of 6,000-8,000.
Placements: 60% placement in textile technology branch. There are three branches in textile itself i.e. textile technology TT, textile chemistry TC and textile engineering TE. In all the three streams, the placements are on an average 60% each year and this year also, it's approximately 60% till now.
Placements: Some of the company come to my college and no classes for improving soft skills and no industry visit. No practical knowledge of students and number of students don't want to learn because of a poor facility in college. Why company give us placement? We don't know about industry and facility are not good. Fresher salary criteria are not good.
Placements: The placements are good but the hiring companies are not so much in contact with the college so due to this, only a few companies recruit in the college. In the past two years, the number of placed students has increased remarkably. The placements are good overall, and the main recruiters are Nahar Ind, Raymonds, BSL, LNJ, Satluj, Welspun, Vardhman, Voltas, Morarjee etc.
Placements: The previous year placement is poor and only 15-18 students got job out of 50 students. The highest package offered was 3.05 LPA and the lowest was 2.4 LPA. The companies visited for campus are Vardhman, Nahar group, LNJ group, Centex India Ltd. Sutlaj Group, DCM Kota, etc.
Placements: In my senior batch, 53% students are got placed and in my batch, 61 out of 135 students got placed. And some companies are coming in February and March for campus placement. The highest offered package is 9 lac and average placement is 2.5 lac. Companies like LNJ Bhilwara Group, Wardhman, Welspun, Voltas, Blackberry, Trident, Chirsagar Garments, Reliance etc. recruit students.
Placements: From my batch, around 60-65% students got placed during the final year. Most of them are placed in Wipro, TCS, Metacube, Ready Bytes and others. In 2016, these companies offered 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Most of us were hired as a junior project engineer or developer. I got selected in Wipro.
The college has a large campus area with average infrastructure. It has good placements in the textile branch. This is a government aided college and is ranked amongst the top 5 colleges for textile engineering. The senior faculty is good but overall, faculty is average.
The college offered a specific course like textile technology and textile chemistry .This is the single institution all over Rajasthan which has the textile faculty and machinery. Except for textile the college offers mechanical, electrical and communication & information technology courses. The placement percentage of the institution is about 80%
It is good college but is not utilizing government funds properly. Textile teaching faculty is up to the mark but there is some problem with the water cooling system in summers. There is no canteen inside the college campus. The college hires guest faculty to teach the students as there is no permanent faculty in the college.
