One of the best and only one college for textile engineering in Rajasthan.
Placements: I don't know the exact percentage of placed students, but according to me, about 80% of textile branch students are placed. Other branches like CSE, ECE, IT, and ME have a 40-50% placement rate. The Information Technology (IT) branch has more placements, while CSE is a newer branch in our college, and the first batch of CSE will graduate in 2025.
Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi, but it is only available in specific areas. The labs for CS are well-equipped, but ECE labs are not as good, with some devices not functioning properly. However, textile labs are well-maintained and provide excellent exposure to industrial setups and practical knowledge.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but some are not committed to completing the syllabus effectively. A few seem focused only on finishing the course, regardless of whether students understand the material. The pass percentage is relatively high, around 80-90%. The course curriculum is well-designed and industry-oriented.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. This branch is the best as it offers many opportunities. Our college actively participates in various activities like cultural events and technical fests.

100% Placement in Textile Course in My College.
Placements: According to my knowledge, 100% of students were placed last year in the Textile Chemistry and Textile Technology course. The highest package offered was 27 LPA, and the average package last year was 4.5-5.5 LPA in this course. The top recruiting companies are Sangam, Arvind, RSWM, Trident, and Nitin Spinners. Internships are provided twice in the 4-year course.
Infrastructure: According to me, this college lacks proper infrastructure for both the campus and hostels. Hostels are not well maintained and are in the worst condition. The college has Wi-Fi. Classrooms are also not so good. The library is in good condition; I don't know how. The mess in the hostel is nice. Sports and games are also good here; all types of games are played here, like basketball, table tennis, badminton, kho, handball – you name it, they have it.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful and caring towards students. Yes, they are pretty qualified and knowledgeable too. The teaching quality is nice here if you want to study. The course curriculum in the first year is the same for all the branches, whether it's textile or information technology, but from the second year, we will start to learn about the textile field. Semester exams in this college are not that hard if you study.
Other: I chose this course because of placement assurance, as placement in this course from this college is definitely 100%, and my interest was also in the textile field, so I chose this course. I wish the hostel facilities were better here. The mess food is nice, but the hostel infrastructure is not in good shape here. Events and fests are organized here, and they are good for some refreshment from study. Extracurricular activities like games and all are good here, and I have to agree on that part. All types of games are here with excellent players and coaches.

Dissatisfied with the college faculty, rules, and placements .
Placements: 30 students are placed in the course. There are no packages for IT/CS students. 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. Only the college is very bad for IT students. Otherwise, it is good for the textile students. So, if you want to go into the technical department, a big no for this college .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very low, and there is a room that has a circuit board, and when I turn it on, it gets spark and like this.
Faculty: Not any teachers are helpful. From 50 teachers, there is only 1 teacher who will be helpful. The teachers there think that we students cannot do any big thing like the other teachers. The teachers don't pay attention towards the students. Only textile students get better.
Other: No fest, not any other activities, only freshers’ and gatey functions .

Overall, the college is good for placement, crowd, teaching new skills, and events.
Placements: In my college, around 50 percent of students are placed during placement seasons and 10 percent are placed off-campus. The highest package is 11 Lacs, and off-campus is 18 Lacs. The average is 6 Lacs, and the lowest is 3 to 4 Lacs. In placements, companies give many offers based on students' skills and general knowledge.
Infrastructure: In my college, the facilities are good for teaching the course, and the department is also good for understanding the course in detailed analysis. The college also provides high-frequency Wi-Fi to help. In the hostel, the infrastructure is not good, and Wi-Fi is not provided. The mess is really good in the hostel.
Faculty: Yes, teachers provide the knowledge to qualify for the end-semester exam. The end-semester exam is not really tough because teachers give the knowledge on how to write the paper or provide important questions. 49 percent pass the end-semester exam in my college.
Other: I think in my college, the service for the IT department is not good, and the lab assistants do not take care of the materials provided by the government in the lab. The campus crowd is not really good, and the situation of scholarships is unclear for the students.

Our college is very good. But grading is low.
Placements: In my college, around 50 percent of students are placed during placement seasons, and 8 percent are placed off campus. The highest package is 9 lacs, off-campus is 18 lacs, and the average is around 6 lacs, and the lowest is 3 to 5 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Readybytes, Wipro, and Unstop.
Infrastructure: In my college, the facilities are good for teaching the course, and the department is also good to understand about the course in detail analysis; the college also provides a high-frequency Wi-Fi to help. In the hostel, the infrastructure is not good, and Wi-Fi is not provided, but the mess is really good in the hostel.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers provide the knowledge to qualify for the end semester exams. The end semester is not really tough because teachers give the knowledge of how to write a paper or give important questions. There is no difficult semester exam.
Other: I think in my college, serving the IT department is not good for working elsewhere, and the lab assistant does not take care of the material provided by the government in the lab, and the campus crowd is not really good, and the scene of scholarship is that clear for students.

The placements are next to nil, the faculty is knowledgeable, the campus is more textile-centered.
Placements: To be honest, there are like nil placements for IT and CSE, but there are 100% placements for textile though. I don't even think there are many placements, as the 2025 first batch will get passed of CSE, so we don't know whether it'll be good or bad. Some companies like Voltas and Trident give PPO here.
Infrastructure: Food is good as it has a student mess. The facilities are not so good, the library is average. There's no canteen in the college. There are many sports options but not good conditions for them as well. The PCs are not powerful enough, you will need your laptop at any cost.
Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable, though I'll say they are not too good at teaching. The course overall is not enough, you have to do courses by yourself if you want to compete out there in the industry. Even they themselves suggest doing some NPTEL courses.
