Review of Mar Ivanios College (Thiruvananthapuram).

Placements: The college has its own career placement cell, which updates the students on various career pathways and upcoming job opportunities, yet mostly, it is available for the final year UG and PG students. Guidance is partially given. They would update these guidelines in WhatsApp groups or mail.

It is a great college to study at if you want a good campus experience.

Placements: To get a placement after completing your B.A. English is very rare. Most of the students, after pursuing this B.A., go on to do an M.A. in any of their respective fields or opt for any other courses for them to pursue. Our college still had a placement cell which gave many students jobs in many fields like banking, communication jobs, etc.

A positive approach altogether.

Placements: Yes college is very supportive and they even take initial stages for placement. The placement process is very easy and pleasant for me. In our college placement record is good. And most students through career guidance are placed. And the highest salary packages.

I am satisfied with faculty members, staff members and good infrastructure.

Placements: Campus placements for our college are very poor, but still, they provide placements based on the marks obtained in the university exam. Only a few students get placed each year. Every course didn't have placements. I am from the B.Sc computer course, and we don't have M.Sc for our subject.

I am satisfied with campus life and good infrastructure. The college provides bad placements.

Placements: Less than 5% of the students from the pass out batch got placed. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. None of the students from our course got an internship. There are other placements offered by Kerala University, and it is accessible to students through recruitment drives conducted in other colleges.

Mar Ivanious : A state of the art facilities for the betterment of academy as well as co-curricular.

Placements: The college is mainly for arts related subjects so there you won't find much companies for hiring like those of engineering. Even though you can have opportunity through placement cell. Many IT companies come to college for hiring. You can showcase your talent through placement cell and get into companies. Since trivandrum is a developing region many companies started hiring students from the college recently.

I'm very much satisfied in this college and the faculty are good.

Placements: There are no placements till now. There is an only placement for BVMC department, and the local authorities do it and it is not a pretty much good job. The students who are seeking for a job, then please don't consider this college, but students love the campus atmosphere.

College, infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: There is no placement cell in the college till now. Our college does not provide placements to any of the courses. We don't have any recruitment from any of the companies. Therefore, there are no highest, lowest and average salary packages offered in the college for any courses. There are no top companies, and there is no internship provided for students from the institution in any companies. Top roles are also not offered for this course.

Good place to enjoy college life.

Placements: Placements are average. Doesn't remember any placements from my class. I haven't been placed anywhere though got an opportunity at LT. Overall they try to provide some placement opportunities for students but still doubt how much they are able to succeed in it.
