An average college with good faculty and infrastructure with placement below average.

Placements: So currently I'm in second year (B.Sc cs). Last year , during the end semester exam i was going in lab for some work and i saw a poster like many posters from which a poster which give info about how many people got placed and which companies were there. Not even 10 students from 160 strength got placed. Companies were HDFC bank, ICICI bank, TCS. Roles were for banker, software developer.

Our college is located in Pune.

Placements: Around 30-40% of students get placements in our college. The recruiting companies are Accenture, etc. The highest salary package offered is 2 LPA and the lowest salary package is 1 LPA. Many interested students get internships.

Overall, it is a good college for this course.

Placements: About 20% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Only local CA firms come for recruitment. Around 20% of students got internships in our course. CA, UPSC, and other top roles are offered in B.Com.

My review is for the period 2012-2015.

Placements: I completed graduation in B.Com from MMCC, Deccan branch in the year 2015. Frankly, we never heard about placements through college after completion of our course. No notices/circulars were hanged on the board or anything. Neither the Professors informed the students.

Fine for irregular students.

Placements: I am really sad to state this that, my college did not had any placements facility for us. There was no placements for our seniors also. The faculty members, director no was even concerned about it. They are just concerned about the money that they are generating by getting as many students as possible.

Dissatisfied with staff, decent name of the college.

Placements: I got placed at ICICI PRU LIFE. There were around 3-4 companies that came for placements. Some students got decent package but most of the students were not able to get placements from college campus. The main reason being less companies coming for the purpose of placements.

Satisfied by the faculty but dissapointed with the infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements are good but they don't assure a 100% placements. There are very little options for the finance specialisation and hr specialisation students. Marketing placements are worth enough giving a try. Or you have to end up searching a job on your own. There is no compulsion for attending every interview for placement. It depends on your choice. The companies coming to this colleges differ every year.

The college is good but not the best.

Placements: There are few placements available, but the college provides good training for attending interviews off-campus. They should try for more placement options for the students. They train the students well, but due to few options of placements, it becomes difficult. The availability of placements is not that good, and no big companies are seen.

I won't prefer this college.

Placements: This college Does provide placement, this college is below average, placement is not good, only regional companies come for placements. Students here does't go for the internship provided by the college as the are worthless. Students should apply for internship out of the college.

Good teaching with good infrastructure and in the heart of the city.

Placements: MMCC has an average placement cell. If you do BBA in international business (formerly known as BBM (ib) you will be getting company package around 1.5 Lacs to 2 lacs per annum. Around 30 percent students got placed in 2017 batch. Some known companies were like tata consultancy services, Just dial, and some marketing companies.

No infrastructure! No proper washrooms! No campus! But best teachers for 11th and 12th.

Placements: There are no placements. There is no compulsory attendance. You can come only at the time of exams. I was here for five years. The faculty are too good for 11 and 12th. Anyone who is doing CA, this is the best college for them. No need to attend regular classes for B.Com. Other than this, it is a good college.

Nice teaching staff and very helpful.

Placements: There were nice placements for our senior batch. The salary offered was around Rs.12,000. They want the candidates with nice grade, fluent English for communication and they should be experienced about how to work, how to talk and deal with the work.

Happy with the teaching style as many students graduated with a first class.

Placements: Placement system in our college in quite good. They started the placement drive soon after 5th semester i.e somewhere around December. Many MNCs like Cognizant, TCS, Vodafone, HDFC and many more reputed firms conducted placements drive on our campus for several other departments including ours. Almost 12 students out of 34 from my batch were selected for job placements clearing the final round. Roles like software designer, software tester, software development, software trainee, etc. were offer...

It is an average college. Some of the faculty members are supportive, but some are like they want money for every work. There is much corruption in the college. The security measures are taken properly. The canteen in the college is also an average quality canteen. But, the college is very strict during exams as strict checking is done to avoid cheating. The fee of the college is also too high in relation to the course.

In short, college is good, and the teaching staff is best, but the infrastructure is not that good.

Placements: Placements were not good for B.Com students. Only 20%-30% of students intern from college. Some teachers guide us about the placements and internship and the highest salary offered for B.Com students was Rs. 22,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 9,000 per month. College also has a tie-up with other placement agency which helps and guide students to get desired placement.

There is a big room in our college for improvement.

Placements: Placements in our college are up to the mark but not very good. They try to get you placed in a good organisation, but you also need to put some effort. You will be guided with different projects and industrial visit, which is fun at the same time and a chance to learn through different instances. The salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 10,000-20,000 per month depending upon your calibre. Most of them get a job in BPO, and some individuals also got placed in the finance department, wh...
