Let us get to know Marwari College, Ranchi.
Placements: 5 percent of students get placed in my course, as B.Com does not make us industry-ready. The highest package in my course is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Companies include Wipro, TCS, Accenture, ICICI Prudential, Bajaj Alliance, Concentrix, and Cognizant. 1 to 2 percent of students get placed in TCS and Concentrix, as others develop their skills and do other professional courses. Top roles offered in my course are Business Development Associate, Customer Service Provider, and Salesperson.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is still developing. Facilities, according to the fee structure, are worth it, as they provide all the facilities like different labs, smart classes for professional courses, a library, an auditorium, etc. Marwari College does not have hostel facilities and canteens. For a hostel, you have to find private hostels and PGs by yourself. You can use maps to find one. Sports and games are conducted. The college supports this department very much, and Marwari College also won many prizes at the district level.
Faculty: Teachers of Marwari College are qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable with many degrees and certifications. They are also helpful, but classes are conducted less, so interactions are less, and teaching quality is normal and average. No, for my course, the curriculum is not relevant, as B.Com only gives book knowledge, not practical knowledge, learnings, practices, and skills for industries. You need to develop skills on your own. Semester exams are normal. If students attended classes and did self-studies, they will pass with good marks. The passing percentage for exams is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an accountant. The best thing about this course is that it gives us knowledge about finance, accountancy, business, entrepreneurship, taxes, etc., which are needed for an accountant job. After doing B.Com, you don't get ready to do jobs. It only provides book knowledge, not practical learnings, so it will be better if this course will be updated with practical practices and learnings. Marwari College conducts a fest known as Indradhanush Mahotsav, which is conducted once a year. It also conducts youth festivals once a year, celebrates festivals, and conducts convocation, freshers' parties, and farewell parties. The campus crowd is normal. For connectivity, there are social groups who used to do social activities like helping poor kids, street animals, cleaning programs, etc. The campus surroundings are very safe and environmentally friendly and filled with greenery. There is also a scholarship program for which bona fide certificate forms are filled, which cover all the fees for only OBC, SC, and ST students who have their caste certificate as proof. In extracurricular activities, Marwari College conducts and participates in many sports programs and supports the students who are interested. There is also an NCC club.

Satisfied with my college's good infrastructure and experienced faculty members.
Placements: B.Com. (Hons) is a course that helps one understand finance. A person understands how to make the best use of their financial resources. Many MNC companies provide job opportunities to numerous students in their final year. TCS, WIPRO, CONCENTIX, Local companies, etc. These are the major hiring companies. All of us get an equal chance to do internships and make a career in our domain. Basically, I am a digital marketer from CSR-funded Anudip. Provided by my college.
Infrastructure: The library is available all the time; a good variety of textbooks as well as novels are present. We have science and computer laboratories. Nearby, there are many hostel facilities. Separate for boys and girls. The Wi-Fi facility is only for college professors and teachers. Classrooms are always occupied by students, as a good number of students are always seen.
Faculty: Proper exams are taken. Strictly. Yes, this course is 100% relevant to me and my career. End-of-semester question papers are always tough. But teachers and faculty are quite good; they provide support and Guess Questions and Tips Before Exams. Yes, it makes ready for students for Industrial Work and culture.
Other: A good opportunity for students. Must take admissions to our college.

It's a good college if we are looking to earn a degree, we can't rely on the college for placement.
Placements: There are not many companies visiting for placements. Some regular ones like TCS, Vedanta, and Wipro visit our college for placements and offer a lower salary package ranging from 1-3 LPA. In order to get a good opportunity, we have to upskill ourselves with courses in demand. Due to which, we can increase our chances of securing an off-campus placement or securing a higher salary package.
Infrastructure: College is not great, with an old building and limited resources. Campus is small and lacks basic facilities for sports and physical education classes. Library has outdated books. There is no proper canteen facility available.
Faculty: Teachers are decent. Exams are conducted on time. Exams are comparatively easy, with a good passing percentage. Some courses are outdated, and the college lacks in providing practical training such as industry visits.

    Commerce in Ranchi college.
Placements: The college has very good placements record. Every year 60-70% students get the placements. The companies like TCS, HCL, Byjus, etc. visit campus for the placements related to accounts department. The average package is 3-5lpa. I also got placement in TCS. Many students get internships too.
Infrastructure: The college has very good healthy campus. There are necessary facilities in the campus. There are labs facilities in the college for the students for the industrial purpose. There is a library in the college for the students with study material available in it. The hostel is also good. There is tasty and healthy food in the hostel mess.
Faculty: The faculty of the college are above average. All the teachers are friendly towards the students. All the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. The exams are on semester basis which are easy to pass.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 10-20% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Tata, Mahindra, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Our college building is old. Our campus is not Wi-Fi-enabled. Hostel and mess are not available in our college. Sports facilities are available on our campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They are cooperative, helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Male teachers are rude, but female teachers are cooperative and kind. They always talk kindly with students.

    Marwari college, Ranchi life.
Placements: Placement is not available for all the students; only 2 to 3 students out of 400 were placed in a company, and their average package is also very low. Not all the students get a chance to sit in on the interview, and the placement rate of the college is very low.
Infrastructure: Colleges have all the facilities that are needed for studies, like labs, classrooms, and libraries. Even Marwari College has a very big library compared to all the colleges, but Marwari College does not provide hostel facilities and even does not have a canteen..
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were highly qualified. All the teachers come after completing their Ph.D., and they have good knowledge, which helps students in every field. All the teachers are not very good; some are too old, and their teaching techniques are to odd.
Other: The timing is good; every year, colleges provide scholarships, and functions are always organised by the college..
