Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2022
Offered by Media Computer College
1.4
2Placements1Infrastructure1Faculty1Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
Our college has well-qualified teachers and a relevant curriculum for a successful career.
Placements: In our college, approximately 60% of students were placed. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 45,000 per month. The average salary package offered was 1 LPA to 1.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies visited our campus. The top role offered was a developer. The placement rates were very low, with only a small percentage of students finding jobs. The average salary package offered was quite low compared to other colleges. The highest salary package offered was not competitive, and the lowest salary package offered was quite low. A few top companies visited the campus and offered limited roles. Internship opportunities were limited.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. Computer labs, classrooms, libraries, and a project room were available. The quality of facilities was average. The quality of the food was average. The mess was average. The canteen facilities were average. Medical facilities were not available. Sports facilities were very low. We hardly played any games.
Faculty: Our teachers were not very helpful and lacked the required knowledge in the field. The teaching quality was not very good or below average. The curriculum was not relevant to the industry. Students were not properly prepared for the job market. The semester exams were very difficult, with a low passing percentage based on what was taught.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. It taught us how to develop applications and explained how things work in software development. It went deeper, or into greater detail about software development. Our college had a not-very-good campus and not many extracurricular activities.
