Scholarships for DSEU Students-
1. Merit-cum-Means Linked Financial Assistance Scheme for Pursuing Higher Education in State Universities of Delhi-
Eligibility: i. The student should have been enrolled on an Undergraduate Program in any of the Delhi State Public Universities or Colleges/ Institutes affiliated to Delhi State Public Universities.
ii. The student should fulfil the income/ financial criteria and academic performance criteria as specified for each category mentioned below:
Category 1- Beneficiary under National Food Security Scheme & possess the Card issued under the Scheme.
Qualifying Aggregate Percentage in Class XII (Marks in All Subjects- 60%
Percentage of Financial Assistance- 100%
Category 2- Not covered under category 1 but whose family income is upto Rs. 2.50 Lakh p.a.
Qualifying Aggregate Percentage in Class XII (Marks in All Subjects)- 60%
Percentage of Financial Assistance- 50%
Category 3- Family income above Rs. 2.50 Lakh p.a. but not exceeding Rs.6 Lakh p.a.
Qualifying Aggregate Percentage in Class XII (Marks in All Subjects)- 60%
Percentage of Financial Assistance- 25%
Note-A relaxation of 5% in qualifying aggregate percentage of marks will be allowed to SC/ST Category students.
2. Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme by DSEU-
Eligibility: i. The student should have been enrolled on a Full-time Diploma or Lateral Entry to Full-time Diploma program at DSEU. ii. The student should fulfil the income/ financial criteria and academic performance criteria as specified for each category mentioned below:
For Boys - a) Qualifying Aggregate Percentage (Marks in All Subjects) >= 60%
b) Beneficiary under NFS scheme: 100% tuition fee assistance
c) Family income (1 - 2.5 LPA): 50% tuition fee assistance
d) Family income (2.5 - 6 LPA): 25% tuition fee assistance For Girls
e) Qualifying Aggregate Percentage (Marks in All Subjects) >= 50%
f) Family income (Less than 2.5 LPA): 100% tuition fee assistance
g) Family income (2.5 - 6 LPA): 50% tuition fee assistance
Award of scholarships:
- Students may have to pay the required fee as per the designed structure for the semester during the stipulated time
-MCMwillbeawarded towards the end of the semester (exact date to be declared later) after considering other scholarship(s) received/expected to be received by the students
-The scholarship amount will be either paid to the student (payment mode to be decided at the time of scholarship result declaration) or adjusted against the pending/ future fees amount.
Retention of scholarship -
- MCM by DSEU will be awarded based on Class X or Class XII marks for the first year only.
- For a student availing of MCM, he/she must have 60% or above (for boys) and 50% or above (for girls) in the first year and second year to retain the scholarship in the second and third year respectively.

Placements: Around 75% of students get placements from campus. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Sony India and Yokohama. Very good package even Yokohama takes students to Gujarat on their own basis.
Placements: Meera Bai ensures 60% placement of students. College also ensures that students are well-prepared for interviews. They provide extra classes to improve body language, speaking skills, confidence, and more. Companies that visit Meera Bai for placements include Sony, Samsung, Vodafone, etc.
Placements: Students with more than 85% were placed in our course. Students with more than 75% get a good package. Companies like Wipro, Sony India, etc., visit Meera Bai College. Students with good knowledge and skills get their internships without any obstacles. The focus is mainly on the development of students' skills.
Placements: Highest -600000/annum, Average -400000-500000/annum, Lowest- 200000/ annum. There are companies like Otis, Asian, Apollo, Wing pharmaceuticals which approaches student to their companies and offered them the sales executive, assistant manager etc during the placement.
Placements: Camlin was the top recruiter, offering ₹25,000 per month. Students can choose any internship they want and inform their college administration for attendance. Students do internships at companies where the college informs them about vacancies.
Placements: Meera Bai ensures 60% placements of students. Meera Bai also ensures that the students of this college are well prepared for the interview. They provide extra classes for body language, speaking skills, confidence level, etc. Companies that come to Meera for placement are Sony, Samsung, Vodafone, etc.
