No placement is there in this college.
Placements: The placement process at this college is a joke. The placement cell is disorganized, unresponsive, and clearly lacks the necessary connections to attract reputable companies. They promised us good placement rates and lucrative job offers, but the reality was completely different. Many students, including myself, ended up without job offers by the time we graduated. I feel utterly let down and regret choosing this institution for my higher education, I suggest please don't take the admission in this college.
Infrastructure: Upcoming batches don't take admission in this college. Infra is not nice.
Faculty: The teaching staff at this college is as disappointing as the placement services. Many professors seem disinterested and lack the necessary qualifications to teach effective. Their lectures are often engaging and informative. Coupled with this, the placement cell is a disaster. Few companies visit, and those that do offer subpar jobs with low salaries. It feels like the college is only interested in collection fees rather than providing quality education and career opportunities.

For education, it's the best college.
Placements: There were a lot of startup companies coming to the campus. More than 30 companies visited; almost all were startup companies. Big MNC companies conduct their hiring drives in other colleges, so we need to go there. Many alumni of the college hire interns for their startup companies. The average package is 4.5 LPA, and the stipend is 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: There is not good infrastructure and campus; there is only a 3-story building. We do not have enough space for parking, and the college also charges for parking. Wi-Fi and internet are available in labs. We have a library with a lot of books. We do not have a hostel on campus; students live in rented flats. We do not have a canteen or a big sports ground.
Faculty: College is the best place for education; the quality of teaching is really good. Teachers use projectors and PPTs for teaching. I find their curriculum is very old; they need to update it with more updated software used in industries. Semester exams are really tough with conceptual-based questions.

Review of MES Institute of Management and Career Courses.
Placements: My placements are yet to start but this year our senior placements are not well. Our senior batch is facing a lot of problems in placement T&P, saying that because of the recession and lack of projects, companies are reducing their hiring, decreasing day by day. Students start looking for off-campus drives in superset. Some got placed at Cognizant but in non-technical roles with 4 LPA. Many startups hire students as interns without guaranteeing a job in the future. We can not say this is due to placement cells because, all over India, placement decreases.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good but only the study area and classrooms are big. There is no big sports ground; college is far behind in sports. In the lab, Wi-Fi, wireless, and charging sockets for laptops are given for study. The library has many benches that strictly prohibit the use of earbuds. No college has its own hostel; students who come from other cities live in rented rooms. For 1 BHK, the average rent is 13,000 per month, and 4 people can stay. Food charges vary by mess and begin at 50rs per meal.
Faculty: College feels like school and the teachers are very strict. We have 9 teachers in the MCA department, and they are very knowledgeable. The college is affiliated with the Pune University syllabus, which is the same as Pune University. It has subjects like coding, algorithms, data structure, DBMS, etc. It is useful in industry. Semesters are difficult to clear and getting above 6.5 CGPA is far more difficult.

Satisfied with faculty, we have a good campus and placements.
Placements: Students become eligible for placement from the third year. Mostly, students are placed in the third year, but placements decrease day by day after COVID. The highest package offered by Amazon is 35 LPA at a software development executive role. The college starts giving internships from the third year, which is very late. Apart from that, most students manage to get internships at a good stipend.
Infrastructure: College fest named Zigyasa is celebrated every year. Our campus is very big; you must visit the library once, it is amazing like movies. There is no hostel on campus; we have to look for other options. The quality of food is okay, not so good. The college lacks in sports; we don't have a big sports ground.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and understanding; they help us during projects and interviews. The college follows SPPU curriculum, so exams are conducted by Pune University in our college. Most students come from outside of Maharashtra. SPPU exams are always hard, but due to college teaching, we all manage to clear exams.
Other: MCA is trending course that the reason behind choosing this course.

Best college for MCA in Pune.
Placements: More than 60 companies participated in on-campus placements; 80% got placed. Packages offered are in the range of 3 to 10 LPA. Top companies are MNCs, TCS, Datamatica, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini. No internship was offered by the college; some got through the off-campus drive. The roles offered are Python-developer, Java-developer, React-JS trainee, data analysts, etc.
Infrastructure: The college campus is refreshing and friendly, with trees and gardens everywhere. No Wi-Fi is available; the library is good with the internet. The college does not provide hostel facilities; outside, there are many private hostels, and we have two canteens. We do not have a big sports field on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very good; the teacher-student ratio at the college is 1:30, which is better than many colleges. The course curriculum includes new coding languages and libraries, artificial intelligence and deep learning that are relevant to industries. Semester exams are hard; only 60% are clear in all subjects.
Other: Every year, the college organizes a fest called JIGYASA, where many events and competitions are held.

Our college provides very good placements.
Placements: Around 90% of students got placed in our course in the previous year. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. TCS, Coditas, Wipro, Accenture, etc., come here. Almost 50% of students got internships in our college in Coditas, etc. System engineer, data analyst, java developer, python developer, etc., roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in our college. Our library is good. Digital classrooms are available. A computer lab is available. Recently, the new building was inaugurated. The new building is of 5 floors, and it has faculty cabins, offices, director's cabin, principal's cabin, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are good, highly qualified with Ph.D., and are very helpful. Their teaching quality is absolutely good. This course is perfectly relevant. It is definitely helpful for students in getting good IT jobs. The passing percentage is 50%. There are 56 credit points in the year, and you require 28 to pass.
Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to do a job in the IT sector. There is a huge demand for IT employees in IT companies right now. We can get many opportunities.
