MICA Ahmedabad admissions 2025 are open for various courses. MICA offers full-time Post Graduate Programme (PGDM), Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Crafting Creative Communication (CCC) and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) courses. MICA Selection Process: PGDM
The selection process of PGDM programmes at MICA is a three-step process as shown below:
Step-1: Each candidate need to take at least one of the three exams: CAT/ XAT/ GMAT
Step-2: All candidates are evaluated on the basis of MICAT which consists of 3 sections
- Section A: Psychometric Test
- Section B: (has 4 sub-sections) - Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation, General Awareness; Divergent and Convergent Thinking
- Section C: Descriptive Test
Step-3: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in any of the above exams need to appear for both Group Exercise (GE) & Personal Interview (PI) round
Shortlisting Process:
- During the shortlisting process, MICAT section A (Psychometric test) is a qualifier
- Candidates who qualify for section A, their relative performance on CAT/ XAT/ GMAT is considered and those who obtain a valid score in this exam are considered for section B of MICAT assessment
- Those who qualify on the basis of relative performance in Section B will have their Section C of MICAT assessed
