Good but not good. Not satisfied at all.

Placements: At first, no placement is offered by our college, and they haven't provided any placements in the past. The college is running just for its old reputation. Either no other good things are available. Very bad, very bad. Thus, the 2024-25 batch has only 10 students in the economics department. All are dumb.

If you want to take admission in Computer Science then please choose another college.

Placements: About 20-30% of students get placed in the CS BCA department. The college and department don't provide any training for placements. If you want to be placed after graduation, you have to do self-study. The package is between 1.9 and 2.5 LPA. In 2023, Accenture came for campus placements. From Computer Science, 2 students got placements.

One of the best colleges in Midnapore for Graduation .

Placements: Our college is in the rural area and this college is for only graduation like B.Sc. Honours and pass for science background students and B.A. for arts students. So, starts ups or big company like Google, Facebook etc. are not interested in our college The college doesn't provide any internship to us, but they give a scholarship to the students.

Our college is excellent.

Placements: In our college, zero percent of students were placed in this course from the nutrition department. There were no placements so there were no highest, lowest, or average salary packages. Top recruiting companies did not visit our campus. Almost 100% of students got internships and got certificates after 2 years, which was a very long time. So you can consider it a non-valuable certificate.

Poor hostel facility but good college campus.

Placements: Placement is only from BCA department. No placement is provided for the other departments. Not a good choice for placement. Not many companies come to hire. BCA students mostly get hired and a few computer Science students are placed in 1 or 2 companies. If you want to get placed then choose BCA in this college.

Good placement and beautiful campus. Sports facility available for students.

Placements: There is no internship provided to students but placements are good. Some of my seniors got the chance of doing higher studies in IITs. 70% of students were placed in various companies. The salary package varies from 20000 to 100000 per annum. Therefore, the college provides average placements.

There are no direct placements in this course.

Placements: My course is B.Sc chemistry, so none of the students get direct placements. You get a chance to join IOCL after graduation through the exam. Internships are not offered. Our course is a very good subject for research purposes. Even you can get an industrial job, pharmaceutical job, etc.

Overall, our college was good enough for us.

Placements: Many students from our batch are pursuing M.Sc and PhD in various IITs and IISERs. Actually, placements are not at all organised in this college. However, many of us got various scholarships. Many students are working abroad in various companies.

It is an average college for rich people, but it is an awesome college for poor people.

Placements: Last year, one student got placed from electronics science department and the package offered was 3.2 LPA for the role of embedded system engineer. Now, the eligibility criterion is 3.60 GPA on a 4-point scale. It improves the placements. Recently, 4 students got placed in Infosys for the role of an operational executive, but it's pool recruitment. The package offered is 2.19 LPA. This year, Jio, Axis Bank and local journals visited the campus offering a package of 2 LPA. The college is going to...

It is a premium general college in the city.

Placements: A general college is not supposed to provide placements to the students. Providing placements is not the motto of general colleges, unlike engineering colleges. There is no campusing. Midnapore college is a brand to provide off-campus placement opportunities.

No placement only degree, not satisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: As it is a government college, there is no training and placement cell in our college. There is no on-campus placement here, but you can apply for the off-campus placement. 2-3% students got placed through off-campus recruiting drives. Most of the students here are going for higher education.

Thousands of young bloods get struck into their dream.

Placements: As it is a degree course based college, it does not have those placements facilities like engineering or other technology-based institution. In my batch, they yet to join companies. No matter what, your attendance reflects your aptitude, skill towards your learning. I haven't seen anybody join the institution for an internship. Our respected and responsible professor does not allow you to go without 75% attendance. So keeping that regulation in mind, it is your potential how you convince them to...

It is a good college in every aspect, but it should be better as it is autonomous under UGC college.

Placements: In our course, placements are not provided. In other courses like electronics, computer application, and physics, nearly 30%-40% of the students were placed. The average salary offered in our course was Rs. 25,000 per month. The highest salary offered ranges between Rs. 60,000 to 1 lac per month. The lowest salary offered ranges between Rs.10,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month. But the salary offered to students depends from institute to institute and from state to state. I have no idea about...

The infrastructure of our college is very bad.

Placements: The college does not provide placements. It is like a middle-level college. Teachers are totally unpredictable. Part-time teachers are too good. Laboratory condition is totally bad. The college doesn't have any generator and doesn't supply power totally.
