Review of Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Progressive Education Society.
Placements: I have mixed great and bad experiences about placement in our college. Companies do not take interviews; we have to go to other colleges for interviews. Companies prefer students from other colleges over us, so our placement rate is very low. But I got placed in an off-campus interview at Amazon by using some heat techniques suggested by teachers. I added some trending keywords in my resume, which got it shortlisted, and I got a package of 8 LPA. For internships, we need to find opportunities on our own; the college does not help us with internships. In our batch, 40% of students got jobs.
Infrastructure: College campus is very big but it does not have enough parking area. Wi-Fi is not available, classrooms are quite old. The college provides a library area so students can study, do projects, and complete assignments there. By just showing our ID card, we can get any book. We do not have any canteen. I don't know about the hostel; I travel by bus daily to reach college.
Faculty: Teachers are most supportive as I mentioned; they will give some extraordinary tips for getting placed. Resume building to prepare for interviews in everything, they guide us. I think SAP should be included in our course rather than Tally ERP; it is more demanding in the industry. Semester exams are for 70 marks; 30 are needed for passing.
Other: Campus is small and not enough parking area, these two are drawbacks .

It is a great decision to take admission in this college.
Placements: As per our seniors, placements are great in our college. Approximately 60% of the students get placed in our college. The average salary package offered varies from 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Companies like Tata, TCS, and Capgemini are the main recruiters but other companies also come for campus placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is good and everything in the college is renewed and repaired. The college has projectors, laptops and so many technicals required to gain knowledge. Library is so clean and good. But the washrooms are a little bit stinky and not hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-educated and friendly. Faculty members keep in touch with every student and keep helping in every scenario. Faculty They do not pressure students to study instead they motivate us to keep studying and gain knowledge from their experience.
