The college has good infrastructure and teachers, but the placements are bad.

Placements: The placements provided by the college are very bad. The students only get very small packages, or they get placed in BPO companies. The placements are same for all the students of MBA, BBA, or B.com and the placements are not good as well. I would recommend this college if you only want a degree. If you are looking for a college with good placements, it's not the place for you.

The campus is small, placements are not good. The faculty members are supportive.

Placements: The placements are good. Around 15-17 students were selected from my batch, and 12 were selected from the senior batch, and placed in many companies, Around 35-40% of the students were placed. The highest salary is Rs 19,000 per month, and the lowest salary is Rs 16,000 per month. Companies didn't visit the college; the students went to the companies for the placements. Around 40% of the students got internships from college. There is a placement cell in our college, but it is of not much use. I...

The college comes in a very good area in Pune. There are many tuition classes for newcomers.

Placements: The placements in the college are very good. Very big companies come and offer a job, but it is all up to us. The companies like Infosys, L&T, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, TCS. , etc. 75% of the placements are available in the college. Modern college is A+ college in Pune.

Absolutely satisfied because of the campus, surrounding and teachers.

Placements: The placements are provided in the college. The aggregate percentage for eligibility for jobs is 60% and above. The highest salary depends on the percentage, and the lowest salary is Rs. 8,000-10,000. The companies in Pune visit mostly for placements of the students.

Satisfied because of good faculty, good placements in 2018, and good infrastructure.

Placements: L&T company was the first one which was first available for the placements. Various companies arrived the campus such as Wipro, Capgemini, and Infosys. There was a lot of campus drive in our college itself, and some were in the nearby colleges.

A fabulous place to study & explore.

Placements: I did not get any placement form the college as it was a new course that was introduced in the university. We were the first batch that had passed out with distinction from the college. We were promised to have placement after our final exam, but we were kept on hold for a very long time. Finally we had to search for jobs on our own, with the help of a few professor.

A good college for the education in commerce field. There are no placements for the commerce field.

Placements: Actually, in commerce field, there are no placements in the college. But after a qualitative education, it is very easy to get a job in commerce field in the outer world.

There are good teaching staff and labs. The playground and gym are also good.

Placements: The college has really great placements. Many companies came every year and selected many students. Many students got placement every year. The salary offered was not great, but okay, we can't expect much without experience. My friends got placement and working in those companies, with a good package of about 2 LPA.

Teachers who have played a vital role in shaping our future. Take us close to our culture.

Placements: The various placement activities were organised by the placement cell which includes on-campus and off-campus placement drive. For the off-campus drive, the students were shortlisted by the placement cell according to criteria specified by the company, and the placements cell makes the eligible students appear for the interview conducted by different companies. Companies like Future Dreams IT solutions Pvt. Ltd., E-Clerx, Lintas, Wipro (Hinjewadi, Pune), Tech Mahindra at IICMR, Infosys at K. B. ...

The college is worth the money, and I am proud to be a part of the Modern College.

Placements: The placements are good in this college. Many companies like Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini visit the campus for the placements. Most of the students got placed in the top MNCs. There are high chances of placements in the college, and they put criteria for the placements. So, the brilliant student will get placed first.

Placements: When we were in the college, there were no placements. Only 1 or 2 companies came, and just two students were recruited. No placements were offered to the students.

Good infrastructure average teaching.

Placements: I was studying BBA (IB) which was the 1st batch of our college. I don't know about placements about the college, as it was our 1st batch. But BBA BCA department has many employees seeking companies. Students from BBA placed per year with average 60%. There is a placement cell, and they are very efficient in there work. They gave an opportunity to every sincere student and helped them to get a job.

Good for studying biotechnology.

Placements: The placements offered are good for the bright students in the class. The rest have to struggle. But usually, the package provided is average. The students are usually recruited into the quality checking and quality assurance department of the company if not the lab work is provided.

Placements: The placement is very good in the college. Many companies like Capgemini, Infosys, L&T, Cognizant, etc. conduct the placement drive for the students. Almost they give 2.50 lacs per annum package for the computer students. So many students got placed in those companies.

Choose another college because it's about your future.

Placements: I can't see any placement offer from our college. I think no company is interested in hiring the students of the modern college. Even if I have to hire some fresher, I will never go to my college. Choose another college, and there are many good colleges in Pune it is about your future.

A review on Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce (WCCBS).

Placements: Modern College (WCCBS) did not have placement drives as such. There were some companies like Eclerx, etc., that visited the MBA campus and BBA people were also allowed to appear for those drives and the package offered was less than 3 l.p.a. The only placement opportunity that HR people were notified of was that of a receptionist. Therefore, this college does not offer very good placement opportunities, and I strongly recommend not to join this college if the placement is what you are looking f...

Average college which has both pros and cons.

Placements: The placements were very bad in our times. My specialization was HR, not even a single company came to recruit us. Still, some companies like Amazon offered an average salary between Rs. 15000-20000. I sincerely request the college to improve placements, as many students future is dependent on it.
