Placements: Compared to last year's placements, this year, the best placements are offered ever. From every branch, about 50% of students were placed in many reputed companies like Accenture, Wipro, Inflatable, Mindtree, etc., with the highest salary package of 6 LPA and the lowest salary package of around 2.5 LPA-3 LPA. Particularly in the CS branch, the students were placed with top roles like Java developer, DBA administrator, web developer, etc.

Placements: Placements are quite decent in NITK. If you are expecting an average package of 30 LPA in civil, then you will definitely be disappointed, but the placements are surely satisfying here. This year, the placement rate is 67%. In civil, many students opt for further studies. Hence they don't opt for campus placements.
