Overall satisfied with the college. Attendance can be an issue though.

Placements: The placement cell of college is active. It has a lot a lot of events and training and seminar programs for students to participate and provide them with the necessary exposure. The course that I was pursuing that is B.Com there many students along with B.Com were doing CA as a professional course, for us also, for our articleship many firms use to come every year for the placements.

Ranker's factory, a perfect blend of faculty with a good infrastructure.

Placements: Very good and stable companies come for placement and the pay is also upto the mark. Big 4 like Deloitte and PwC also often visits our college for placement. I'm a CA aspirant so I personally haven't applied for the job or any placements but my friends have and their review was excellent.

Really good library and amazing associations which will help you in personal development.

Placements: Since most of the students from the college are pursuing Chartered Accountancy, the college had arranged for campus interviews with several companies, the major being Deloitte, KPMG, EY and PWC. Each of the companies selected approximately. 12-15 candidates. Apart from this there were advertisements by several mid sized firms which were displayed on the notice board daily. The college has a really nice placement cell.

Delighted to be a part of this college.

Placements: For B.com students, there are no placements as such because 90% of the B.Com crowd is pursuing CA. So, they have placements for CA articleship. Overall, the placement cell does an amazing job. It gets the Big4 every year. We have the top 7 firms coming every year.

Best college in Mumbai, great faculty and amazing exposure to outside world.

Placements: We have a training and placement cell in our college which gathers all the job offers, and they either display them on the notice board or communicate it to the interested students via a common google email group. Around 95% of the students got placed through this association, and different roles related to commerce like auditing, accounting and taxation as well as marketing and HR are offered. The average salary is Rs. 8000-Rs. 10000 per month with top companies like Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, EY, De...

Narsee Monjee reviewed fine.

Placements: We had a proper placement cell in our college. At the start of the year students are invited to join the placements. The placement cell helped thru various things: 1. Career guidance 2. Orientation programme to get to know the basics of internship, CV drafting, corporate knowledge and so on 3. Through placements cell, one can look for their desired internships from year 1 itself. We had many fields from where we could choose our internship from such as finance, marketing, accounts, HR, sales, c...

Good faculty staff, dissatisfied with college timings, moderate infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 1. Mid size partnership firms approach our college for articled assistants. 2. Most of the commerce students pursue Chartered Accountancy and hence majority of placements are related to articleship. 3. The vacancies are instructed by notices put up on the notice board at every floor. 4. There is a placement cell for students of BAF and other such streams. 5. The average stipend offered is Rs. 4000 6. The percent of students who get internship from college must be around 10% 7. I'm not aware ...

Best facilities with great exposure for the students.

Placements: Our college is well known for placement, students get the best placements from our college. Known as a CA factory, The Big4 companies are keen to work with the students of NM college. There are many other small companies that also offer jobs to our students with great incentives. According to me, the highest salary offered to one of our student was approximately 15k - 20k. Our placement cell plays a major role in helping the student get what they deserve.

The college I will always cherish.

Placements: If you are a B.Com student, you can't really expect direct placements from the college. There is a fully functioning placement cell in the college but that comes effective to you only if you graduate from any self finance course or are pursuing any other professional degree (CA/CS etc. ). There is a real good placement opportunity for students pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Company Secretary.

NMCC is not just a college but a brand.

Placements: There are no. of CA firms comes for the placement interview. Also, insight had organised a youth campaign for all the students. Not the CA people were benefited out for this, but the students from every field find lots of opportunities and the motivation. Studying in NMCC makes a lot of difference.

A review on Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics

Placements: The placements offered in our college are quite good with a package of 8-9 LPA. One can get placed in event management industries via the fest called Umang or can also be a part of Rotaract club of NM college which increases the value in case of MBA aspirants. Normal B.Com graduates from other colleges don't receive such higher package because of esteemed Narsee Monjee college of commerce and economics that they provide the placements in such giants.

NM college and the campus life from the heart.

Placements: There is a common placement cell here which is shared between 5-6 colleges which makes it a very competitive and hard to get exciting placements, because you are against other courses as well as other colleges that make it hard. Except for a decent placement, there is nothing very great here with an average package of around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 a month on an average.

NMITE once is NMITE forever.

Placements: There has been organised a separate placement cell for the students, where the students can coordinate and look for options available to them. They have organised the placements from major companies and helped the students move towards the goal of their career and helped then achieve the high levels.
