NCHMCT Course Admission 2025: Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process, Fees

The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will accept only online applications for NCHM MSc JEE 2025 for course admission at NCHMCT. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online, and then send the application form to the exam authority before the last date. Educational Qualification:

• You must have passed the 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination (SSE) or its equivalent from a recognised Educational Board.

• Candidates appearing for their Class 12 exam in the current year can also appear for NCHMCT JEE on a provisional basis. They will need to submit proof of passing the exam at the time of counselling or admission.

Age Limit:

The age limit for appearing in NCHMCT JEE varies depending on the category:

• General/OBC candidates: Must be born on or after July 1, 1997.
• SC/ST candidates: Must be born on or after July 1, 1994.

English Requirement:

• You must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.

Physical Fitness:

There's no specific requirement to undergo a medical test for appearing in the NCHMCT JEE. However, some Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) might have their own physical fitness criteria for admission purposes. Mandatory Documents:

1. Scanned copy of passport-size photograph: The photograph should be a recent one, taken against a light background with your face clearly visible. The size of the photograph should be 2 inches x 2 inches.
2. Scanned copy of signature: The signature should be clear and should match the one on your identity proof.
3. Class 12 mark sheet: You will need to upload a scanned copy of your Class 12 mark sheet. The mark sheet should be from a recognised board or university.
4. Identity proof: You will need to upload a scanned copy of a valid identity proof, such as your Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter's ID card.

Additional Documents (if applicable):

• Category certificate: If you belong to an SC, ST, or OBC category, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your category certificate.
• Disability certificate: If you are a person with disability (PWD), you will need to upload a scanned copy of your disability certificate.
• Ex-serviceman certificate: If you are an ex-serviceman or the dependent of an ex-serviceman, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your ex-serviceman certificate.
