NIRDPR- one of the pioneers in rural development.

Placements: Placement is 100 percent in both the courses of PGDRDM and PGDRM. State Rural Livelihood Mission from different states come for the placement. Some top recruiters are the ICICI foundation, BAIF, NGOs, etc. I am currently pursuing 2 years PG Diploma in rural management. The highest package up till now is 6 LPA from ICICI foundation for the role of executive trainee and average package is 4.5-5 LPA which SRLM mainly offers for the role of Young Professionals. My Campus is best among Rural Development Course. Those who are graduated in any stream and interested to work in Rural Development Sector, it’s a best opportunity to study from here. NIRD, comes under MORD (Ministry of Rural Development). It monitors different Government Schemes for Rural Development throughout the country. The best thing is, it provided 100% placement until now, and hoping same for the future too..

Regarding PGDRDM course of NIRD&PR

Placements: The best part about this course is, it provides you with a job at the end of 1 year, organisations like Bihar rural livelihoods promotion society, Deen dyal upadhyay grameen kaushalya yojna, National Urban Mission etc. Are regular opportunities. Average package offered is around 40 K .
