Extracurricular activities and sports facilities are not extensive or well-funded as they could be.

Placements: 30% of students were placed. Top recruiters include byteIQ. 20% of students got internships, with top roles such as software developer, data scientist, and systems engineer. The condition is very poor, with no scope or support; it's best to avoid this college. It's a dull college.

Campus life at NIST BERHAMPUR.

Placements: There is much scope for placements right now, and the coming future also seems nice. In the last placement, I have hardly seen about 6-7 companies coming for recruitment in the college, of which these companies are that good. The average CTC is also poor, i.e., 3 LPA.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Around 40% of students were placed on-campus. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, Ugam solutions, Hexaware, and many more. Around 20% of students got internships in small companies. The roles offered were data analyst and software engineer. Placements cell was very good, and provides better placement...

Overall, it is an old college.

Placements: A handful number of students get placed at the college, and most of them get placed through off-campus drives. College could only arrange for mass recruiting companies for campus placements. A sales company offers the highest package salary for a sales role. The placements condition is very pathetic for good students.

Infrastructure is good, but placements are teaching are at a low level.

Placements: There are no placements for core branches, and only IT companies visit and hire students in mass. If your communication skills are good, then you can get selected in any IT companies. Our friend got selected in Amazon through off-campus with a salary package of 25 LPA.

If you an average student and interested in CS and IT branches, then it is a good college.

Placements: Approximately 40% of the students got placed through on-campus, and 10 to 15 students got a job offer through off-campus placements. The average salary package offered was 2.50 LPA. Mainly Infosys and Wipro are the mass requirement companies of our college. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA through on-campus, and through off-campus 3 students got a salary package of 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. 0.1% of the students got an internship.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placements and the faculty members.

Placements: Almost 40% of the students are placed in ECE. The highest salary package offered in our branch is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our branch is 3.5 LPA. Top requiting companies are Western Digital, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HackWithInfy. Top roles offered here are software development, technical development, business development, etc.

I am dissatisfied with this college because of everyone are of bad behaviour.

Placements: Almost 60% to 70% of the students did not get placed in this college because dean, principal and other higher faculty members are not good in behaviour with companies and HRs. I don't know about the placements of this college before admission, and I got to know about it after admission.

A place to destroy yourself.

Placements: The placement of our college is very bad, and particularly, this year, it was the worst. Only 10% of our seniors were placed during the campus placements. The major recruiters are Wipro and Infosys. They recruit more than 90% of the students. In 2015, our college has seen its peak in placements, and more than 85% of the students were placed that year. Wipro and Infosys together take more than 450 students out of 545 students.

The bad conditions of good advertising college.

Placements: In the year 2016, this college was able to get 90% of the students placed, but later the placement percentage was gradually decreased with a large slope each time. Later the college faced problems by calling the companies to the campus, and currently, the placements have gotten worse. Even the college seems to have lost the pace and quality.

The worst college because of education quality

Placements: Very bad placement. Only IT companies came here, no core company come to the college for placement. Year by year, the college's performance in placements is degraded, both the quantity and quality. The students are also not able to perform well in many campus placements because they are not well prepared.

Completely dissatisfied because of the faculty and infrastructure. No industrial exposure.

Placements: Placements for 2017 pass out batch were not up to the mark. Only 30 to 40% students got a job offer which is very low in comparison to the 90% job offers in the previous year. The majority of students were placed in IT firms like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc. with an average salary of 3.25 lacs per annum. Students were offered entry level engineer post. Merely 1% student got an internship abroad.

It is a very bad college, so I suggest you that do not take admission here.

Placements: Placements were very bad at our college. It is one of the worst colleges I have ever gone. Make sure that you have grade above 9, and otherwise, you are not allowed to attend for placements. If you want to get placed, then you have to find yourself out of the campus as this college only provides jobs in IT bases companies.
