Review of Navrang Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidhyalaya.

Placements: We all were provided good training experiences especially during our last year at college, as teaching at schools was made compulsory as a part of the course. Almost 70% of the students managed to get jobs in private schools as primary teachers. The average salary package offered was 2.25 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college has been investing a good amount of money and time. They were improving the college infrastructure by having a modern type of classrooms, and very innovative learning methods like class presentations. The library was having a wonderful collection, however, they can include more international journals too. The canteen food quality was hygienic and affordable. There were sports facilities on the campus, however, there was less time to play especially in the final year, due to the hectic schedule.

Faculty: The examination syllabus was lengthy, and they were not easy to clear as a lot of time and out-of-the-box solutions were required. The passing percentage was 40% in both college exams as well as performance in internships. Faculty members were very friendly and never fail to share their valuable experiences. The course curriculum was perfect and makes students industry-ready.
