Placements: Step Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra follows a cluster system instead of a day system for placements, wherein companies are categorised by functional industry sector instead of pay brand. The placement process is not oriented on achieving 100% placements, but inevitably, the entire batch gets placed every time within 3 days. Placements: Almost 95% of students from our course get placement. All the seniors are placed. The placement cell conducts mock interviews for the students. Students are offered a job of their choice. An internship is offered in companies like Aditya Birla, NAFA, Yantra, etc. The maximum stipend offered was Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest stipend offered was Rs. 5,000 per month.

Placements: Placement for HR, finance and operations should increase. As previously 70% of students were placed but they left the job because of profile. More opportunities should bring with accuracy. The 3rd party contract should be avoided. Minimum 3 LPA should be provided at starting. Internships provided were good and placement cell had helped in providing useful information and guidance before giving interviews.

Placements: The placements start as soon as the 3rd semester nears up. Lots of companies show keen interests and are visiting the campus. The packages are good based on your grades and skills. There are many chances that you might get a decent to great job here in Sterling.

Placements: This is the best institute in Mumbai and the placement is also very good.
