B.E./B.Tech at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT): A Good Choice?

Here's a summary of the pros and cons of pursuing B.E./B.Tech at NSIT:

    Pros:
    * Good infrastructure: The college has a spacious campus with modern facilities, including Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library.
    * Helpful faculty: Many faculty members are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive, providing students with proper practical knowledge.
    * Relevant course curriculum: The course curriculum is generally considered relevant and industry-ready, preparing students for the workforce.
    * Internship opportunities: While not all courses have internship opportunities, some students have reported securing internships with reputed companies.
    * Placement record: Although placements vary across batches, some students have reported being placed in companies like Byju's, Wipro, and others.

    Cons:
    * Limited placement opportunities: Not all students get placed, and the placement rate varies across batches.
    * Unsatisfactory faculty attitude: Some faculty members have been reported to have unsatisfactory attitudes towards students.

In conclusion, while NSIT has its strengths, including good infrastructure and helpful faculty, the limitations in placement opportunities, faculty attitude, and restrictive rules might deter some students from considering the college. However, individual experiences may vary, and students are encouraged to research and weigh the pros and cons carefully before making a decision.

It is a good college for students in Bihar.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Some top recruiting companies are HCL and ICETL. I got an internship in data science and a python project with 8 CGPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and big. All labs and classrooms are good. The campus is good for freshers. New students get good advice from their seniors and are helpful to juniors. Everything works well in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful and have good qualifications. They train students well and explain every topic in depth. Every subject has professional faculty members for every course. Guest faculty members are good. I got an 8.2 CGPA.
Other: I chose B.Tech CSE because I was interested in programming and I've been working on computers since my childhood.

Satisfied with the college placements and faculty for our course.
Placements: Approximately 30-40% of the students get on-campus placements at this college. The average package offered at the college was between 3-5 LPA. Our college provides proper placements and internship training to the students. Various students get summer internship opportunities at our college. Overall, our college offers good placements and internship opportunities to the students.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available at NSIT for our course were good enough. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, hostel, sports, etc., facilities were given to the students. Multiple sports facilities were available for the students' entertainment purposes. Food available at the mess and canteen was good to eat.
Faculty: The faculty of NSIT was really helpful, qualified, and supportive to the students. Teachers at the college were knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Teachers at the college were giving both theoretical and practical knowledge to the students. The course curriculum was relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams at the college were not very easy to pass.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the college in every aspect.
Placements: Placements are not good. They don't look after it. Either you yourself need to look for it or stay unemployed. They don't even care. Hardly one or two companies visit the college, and they barely choose 5 or 6 students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is somewhat good. Maybe that's the only thing by which students get admitted to this college. There is nothing to be good except the cricket ground. It is also getting poor due to a lack of maintenance.
Faculty: The curriculum is not up to the mark. Professors are not very qualified. We've been through six semesters, but they have never completed the whole syllabus before the semester examinations. Neither faculty members are interested nor is management taking an interest. They only want to make money.
Other: There's nothing that doesn't need improvement. Everything needs to be improved.

It is a good private college in Bihar.
Placements: Nearly 10% to 20% of students get placed every year from here. The highest salary package offered until now was 5 LPA. Byju's, Infosys and TCS visit here. In this college, you can't depend on placements. You have to work hard and try for off-campus placements because our college doesn't provide good placements at all. Even if you get placed, you won't be satisfied.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good here. Every facility is available. But there are many restrictions in this college like you can't use Wi-Fi during college hours. You can't roam around the canteen during college hours. You cant bunk the class. Otherwise, you will be heavily fined.
Faculty: Professors here are very helpful. They all are either PhD or M.Tech holders. Semester exams in our university are very hard. As our college is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University Patna, which is a government university, semester exams are very hard. You have to study a lot for the semester, which is good.
Other: If you want to study in Bihar, then I think there is no better college than this. Placements are very less, but you can get government jobs. You would not get extracurricular activities in this college because this college is more like a school. You have to be well disciplined and well dressed like in a school.

Review of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
Placements: At least 60 percent is the minimum mark required for placement. The highest package offered is about one crore, the lowest package offered is 5 lacs, and the average package offered is about 10 to 20 lacs. There are many companies available, and of course there are very good placements.
Infrastructure: The facilities available for my course are very good. It is described that our college facilities are very good; there are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries. There are also very good hostel facilities. Food and mess facilities are good, and many sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in my college. They always support us in any problem. They are very knowledgeable and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. Yes, course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam is very difficult. The percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I love civil engineers and there are scholarships available .
