IIIT Delhi UG, PG, Doctorate, Certificate Courses 2025

IIIT Delhi admit candidates to a few courses without any entrance examination. For example, the institute admits candidates to the BTech CSSS programme based on their performance in Class 12 or an equivalent examination. Moreover, for PG Diploma in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria are only required to take part in an interview round. The cutoff is released for every counselling round. As per the data collected from external sources, for M.Tech CSE in IIIT Delhi, candidates with a GATE score of above 60 and for ECE, a score above 65 shall be good enough to get selected. Admission to the BTech programme is done basis JEE Main score followed by JAC Delhi Counselling. For Delhi-based students, admission to BTech CSD and CSSS programmes is done basis of UCEED rank and Class 12 marks, respectively. Candidates who further meet the minimum eligibility criteria can fill out the admission form. Eligible students can submit their application through the IIIT Delhi official website. The result is further announced to declare the names of the candidates selected for further selection rounds.
