NIBE Adopts New Methodologies To Address Challenges Imposed By Covid Pandemic

April 15, 2021: NIBE was one of the few institutes across India to follow a new approach of virtual classrooms to continue providing quality education to its students though everything came to a halt with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Management and teachers at NIBE kept students on track by making quick decisions, taking immediate steps, and adapting to transition. At NIBE, various teaching approaches and practices were designed to better use work from home and online courses.

Student developments achieved at NIBE even during lockdown were:

  6. Personal counselling with students kept them away from the adverse impact of lockdown
  7. Shifting from offline to online classes was very challenging for all students but for our students at NIBE was made very interesting and interactive.
  8. Virtual communication can affect bonding within the team, is something all believed but we could create special bonds with our students even on the virtual platform.
  9. Students who were unable to attain classes due to range issues were given lecture recordings

It is an absolutely excellent college.

Placements: The history of placements has been for this college. Various companies come on the hunt for brilliant qualities and select them on various grounds. A good percentage of students get placed, which is one of the best qualities of this college. The highest package is 10 lacs, and the lowest is 4 lacs. 80% of students got internships.

Placements: It totally depends on the performance of the student in all activities, curriculum, and marks. The highest package was 7.5 LPA, the lower was 3.5 LPA, and the average was 4-5 LPA. The top companies are KPIT, Prima IT, Infosys, etc. All pass-out students got internships and jobs in various companies. The top roles offered were HR manager, Finance Manager, etc.
