September 15, 2022: The top banking training institution in India, NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance (NIIT IFBI), a division of NIIT Limited, has announced a new class of Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management students who will pursue careers with Axis Bank in Relationship Management positions. The Axis Bank - NIIT Academy of Relationship and Wealth Management will instruct the course created to develop top talent for Axis Bank.
The Axis Bank - NIIT Academy will be established in May 2020 as a result of the unique agreement between Axis Bank and the NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance (NIIT IFBI) to develop top talent for Axis Bank's Relationship Banking and Wealth Management roles.

Currently, the Academy provides two programmes: For graduates joining Axis Bank as Priority Banking Relationship Managers with 0–3 years of experience, there is a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management programme as well as a Certification programme to upskill and reskill the current Relationship Managers of Axis Bank. The programmes combine classroom instruction, internships, and on-the-job training to develop banking professionals who are prepared for the future.
