Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) - Batch of 2027

Really good campus and fine arts facilities.
Placements: 70% of internships are offered through the course. You can secure an internship right after graduation and during your final year. Not everyone gets an internship, but because of our course, we can also enroll in freelancing and work on our passions. The highest average package offered in our course was 3.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Even though we need better classrooms as fine arts students, we are working on it with the support of our faculty. Although I am not a hosteler, hostel life is really great in our college compared to other hostels. Hostlers receive food four times a day, and there are many cafes and restaurants available as well.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They assist us a lot with our work and are truly inspiring. Twice a month, we go on educational trips to visit factories, engage in outdoor painting, or other activities, which really helps us understand various concepts. I wouldn't say the semester exams are difficult, as the pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because I really enjoy painting and digital art. The best aspect of our course is that it involves a lot of practical work, not just books and reading, which enhances our learning experience. One area I wish to improve is the space and facilities provided by the authorities because, as art students, we need our own space to work. Many festivals and events are organized, along with numerous extracurricular activities, which is really nice.

A perfect blend of academics and extra curricular activities.
Placements: The highest package this year has been 7LPA, with companies all over the world.
100% of internships are offered through the course.
You get internship right after graduation and the last year of graduation focuses more on clinical and practical aspects. Students who are not qualified to become psychologists can work in hospital for their practice in their UG itself.
Infrastructure: The facilities are top-notch in the department. A separate departmental library is provided.
The newly built hostels are extremely comfortable with all kinds of facilities and the infrastructure is very sophisticated. The food is of good quality, made from pure ghee.
Also, students are provided with a gym, sports complex, and swimming pool.
24 hours campus with shops opened 24*7.
Faculty: The teachers are extremely supportive and helpful.
They are friendly, and you can be in the position of questioning them without any hesitation.
Books are provided along with notes made by teacher. You don't have to give extra smiles to score good marks. Teachers provide with everything pre-handedly. Attend the classes regularly, make proper notes of what the teacher is teaching and read the PowerPoints provided by the teacher. You are ready to ace every exam.
Other: Apart from academics, this university focuses a lot on academics. DJ nights are hosted for freshers, and students are encouraged to attend summits and conclaves by various experts.

Review of NIMS School of Humanities and Social Sciences, NIMS University.
Placements: There are no placements in our course because B.A. is an easy course. With that course, you can give government exams like UPSC, UPSC CSDE, SSC CGL, etc. Many students read Raja One Week Series to pass the exam. There are 50% students who take the B.A. course only for a degree.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Our college is located in the city of Jaipur. Boys' and girls' hostels are separate, with an attached bathroom in every room. The mess food is also good with proper hygiene. Free Wi-Fi facility is also available on our campus.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is very good. All teachers are highly qualified and well-experienced in their respective subjects. 75% attendance is mandatory for exams. The exams are not tough; to pass, you have to score at least 30-40 marks. You can also pass by just studying before the exam.
Other: I am Tanisha Sharma from BA (English). I have experienced a great environment over here. Apart from studies, our college administration serves us a lot like fests, functions, etc.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Our batch has 90 students. Companies don't visit our college to recruit students. This is just a bachelor's degree. They provide internship opportunities in the 3rd year for at least 6 months, which is very good for our further studies. After getting this degree, students can do a master's degree. We can get a job in this field. If you choose industrial psychology then there are many top recruiting companies like Infosys, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart. Top roles offered are HR, counselor, child psychologist, clinical psychologist, sports psychologist, industrial psychologist, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. The library is available in our college. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel rooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The hostel has non-air-conditioned rooms. The food served in the mess is not good. The food served in the canteen is good. They provide sports facilities. We have a gymnasium. We have a swimming pool. They provide medical facilities.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful and qualified. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. If you study well, you can pass the exam with good marks.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. The course fee is Rs. 30,000 per year. I secured 84% in the intermediate. I paid Rs. 15,000.

I am quite satisfied with the course and environment.
Placements: The course we are pursuing is clinical psychology. The college has its own hospital, and it has a psychiatric department. The internship pattern is good as you get exposure while being on the university campus. The post also let us have experience in counselling and therapy as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. It has a restaurant and a cafe on campus. It has a general store where everything is available. It has a small mall that has clothes and other essentials available. The college has a gym and a pool facility. It has a basketball court and football grounds as well.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and are always available to solve doubts and queries. They provide all the required study material through pdf and presentation. The college conducts exams semester-wise, and there are two internal exams between two semesters. The question paper is not difficult if you've studied properly.
Other: I chose clinical psychology as I've always been interested in this field. I wanted to study human behaviour and help people going through depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders. From time to time, the college hosts various events such as sports week, annual fest, DJ Night, and health awareness programs.
