Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Yelahanka, New Town, Bangalore.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. I have seen some seniors getting placed in some good companies. As per the display board in the college which shows the placement list, it looks good. There is a big list of good companies that come to the college. As I'm in the third semester right now, I don't know much about placements, but I see new companies coming almost every week to the college for the campus placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements

Placements: No companies coming up for civil branch. So there are no hopes for placements specifically for the civil branch. Other branch placements are good. Other branches like computer science and engineering even get 11 to 15 LPA package. We seriously need placements for civil engineering graduates.

The study at Nitte Meenakshi

Placements: As of now, the placement is not good or satisfactory in this respective college, but surely they're coming up in that area as well. Recently, Puravankara and Aditya Birla Group had also had come for placements. One of the fast-growing departments is civil in NMIT in terms of placements.

Better than many other engineering colleges, but certainly not the best.

Placements: The campus drives are conducted every year, but the number varies all the time. About 30-40 percent of students get placed from the department. The lowest CTC was 2.3LPA, and the highest CTC for EC was 9LPA by Microsoft. The average CTC would be 3.6LPA. Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, KPIT technologies, and more 20-25 companies visit the campus. Most of the roles offered are software development engineer, testing and support engineer. Almost 80 percent of the students get internships, and I did too. ...

It's a good college to learn the things which are not in the syllabus.

Placements: The placements are good and reputed companies visiting TCS, Accenture, Dell, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, KPIT, etc. in the last year 2016. It's a good college to get a job, and even they will provide the placement classes with highly professional faculty members, and they will provide a study tool. Finally, the college is too good.

Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology college review.

Placements: With respect to placements, we had good placements until last year and had decreased a bit this year. Hope, we get more good placements. There are many companies which visit the college such as Infosys, Mu-Sigma, IBM, Microsoft, L&T, Capgemini, and many more.

The youngest successful college in Bangalore.

Placements: The placements are good they assure proper placement, and it does happen. The placements play a major role as it is related to one professional life. Even big companies like Infosys, Huwaei, Tech Mahindra and many industries and reputed companies come for campus placements.

I am satisfied with what I selected.

Placements: As I see around four months, a lot of companies visit the college to hire the students, and as now I heard that someone offered with Rs. 9 lakh per annum to Microsoft company and lowest offered is Rs. 3 lakh per annum. The placements offered are good. Normally above 60% are allowed to the interview. About 40% of the students got an internship from the college.

The best engineering college in Bangalore.

Placements: The placements are good. Many companies come to hire. We get a good annual package from all the companies that visit our campus. We are trained in many skills that are required for the recruitment of all the company. Many top companies have visited our campus from the past few years, and almost all the students have got placed in all the top companies across the country. Overall, the placements are very good.

This college is for average students.

Placements: After the latest placement session, the results were not that good due to the lack of programming skills and also due to fewer requirements. But still, the chances of improvement are there. The students could get an average package from this college. The teachers are good, but again, the improvements are being done, and the aim is to change it in a practical way uniting with a company and to develop the student skills.

Good placements, infrastructure, faculty.

Placements: The placements are good. They make a coordinator for helping the students. The college calls good companies for hiring the students. They help you throughout the placement season. The job of the coordinator is to review your academics to the placement department. They help you in placements in many ways. I'm very much satisfied with the placements of my college.

I am happy with the atmosphere of the college. Need to cope up with the facilities in the campus.

Placements: Every year the number of students placed is increasing year by year. Some of the companies visiting the campus are Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HP, L and T Infotech, Dell, etc. The average package offered is Rs. 3-4 lakhs per annum. The placement percentage is high for CSE, IS and mechanical students. The placements for civil students is very poor. But since last two years, it is showing some signs of improvement. Microsoft also visited the campus the previous year and six students were placed...

My college is good from faculty, placement and infrastructure points of view

Placements: When it comes to placements, this college is better. Many of my senior CSE students have been hired by many companies and having a worthy salary ranging from 10000 to 50000. Since then, I got more interested in my college. I had a friend named Alok who was always curious about placements, worked hard and he finally got placed in TCS.

Decent college for studies, improving every year with a good canteen

Placements: The placements here are improving yearly. We have Microsoft coming from 2016 and hiring the students of Nitte. Mechanical students had Bosch coming here for placements. The Indian Navy also visited for placements. Placements are pretty decent for computer and electronics branches, but the mechanical package is quite bad. We had a maximum package of 12 lakhs in the year 2016.

The story of Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. Get to know everything about Nitte

Placements: The placement is not good for all branches. But the faculty team is excellent and students can discover their dreams. Computer science and other related branches have good placements but mechanical and civil branches don't have proper placements. I don't know what placement officer does in the office. The placement packages start from 2 lakhs and up to 14 lakhs.

Overall satisfied with my college in every aspect

Placements: Placements of computer science are pretty good just like other colleges. The average package is around 3.5 lakhs and the highest goes till 15 lakhs sometimes. For the rest of the branches, companies visit but the rest depends upon your skills. Overall, I would like to rate the placements of this college as pretty decent.

Dissatisfied because of the management, below average placements in 2017

Placements: Placements were not so good for our batch. Above 70% aggregate students got placed. The highest salary was 15 lacs and lowest was 1.8 lacs. As of now, for mechanical students, we didn't get many companies as hardly 2 to 3 core companies visited our college.

Good placements and a good environment to study.

Placements: Placements were great for my batch. Around 95% of the students of my branch got placed. The highest package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest was around 2.5 LPA. All the companies which visited our college were among the top MNCs or IT companies. I got placed in my 7th semester in one of the top MNCs.

So I would like to suggest people to join and have a bright future shelf.

Placements: We had good placements in that year. As the strength was less, 85% of the students were placed. Companies like Big 4s hire from our college. But for (Finance) there were limited placements. In fact for marketing, most of them will be placed. Even students are given opportunities to attend the pool campus drives.

Infrastructure is ever growing. Costly college. Hated the way they grabbed money. Good location.

Placements: Senior batch placements were comparatively less. My batch got good placements. The packages ranged from 2.5 LPA to 7.5 LPA. The college didn't help anyone to get internships. Only Wipro internships were available for Wipro placed students. Mostly, software companies (mass recruiters) were called more. Core companies were very, very few.
