B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2020

I am not satisfied because of its teachers but provides good placements for 2020 and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Start-up companies were recruiting students. Around 50% of students got internships, and good roles were offered. Most of the students were placed with good packages.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure were good in this college. Wi-Fi was enabled, and laboratories and classrooms were also good. The quality of the hostel was good, and the food and canteen were also good. Sports facilities were provided, and medical facilities were also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members were good, helpful, qualified, and very knowledgeable. This course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams were very difficult but the pass percentage was 60%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it. I had a passion for mechanical engineering. Industrial training was also provided in this course. Events were held in this college.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2018

It is a very good college.
Placements: Placements in the college were good for our senior batch. Only 1 company visited the campus for placements of our batch. The role of technical support was offered. The salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Almost 50% of students got internships. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 7,000. The lowest stipend offered was nil as it was only for learning. The placement cell was useful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Facilities like labs, library, medical, sports and games, and Wi-Fi, are good. The quality of classrooms and labs is good. Hostel rooms were good. The quality of the food served in our canteen was good. I didn't face any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college during my tenure.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are highly knowledgeable and qualified. The quality of teaching is very good. They share all the knowledge and clear all the doubts. The teaching methods like oral classes and projectors were used. The student to faculty ratio is 5:1.

Teachers are good, but there are very less placements. Infrastructure and facilities are not good.
Placements: DRDO visits our college for placements. Executive engineer and mechanical engineer roles are offered for the mechanical department. Security manager roles are offered for ladies in central government in the airport. So, many students from our college joined as faculty members or non-teaching staff members in colleges, institutes and also universities. Some students are also working in the industry.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is poor here, and there are a minimum number of labs. However, classrooms are good, and the library is also good. The hostel is not good, but the mess is better. There are no medical facilities, sports and games. The quality of the food served is also not good. There is no boys hostel on the campus. I suggest that our college should provide sports and games for students.
Faculty: Faculty members here are knowledgeable, and their teaching is good. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant, and the way of teaching every subject is good and suitable. But this course curriculum is not suitable to opt for the industry, so to join in industries, students should be improved.
Other: I took admission in this college because I thought it is better for the course which I have chosen. I wish that our college should make labs better and should provide an industry-oriented course curriculum. Events are good, but the fest is not good. The campus connectivity is also the worst, but campus surroundings are good. Extracurricular activities are not conducted on our campus.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty, curriculum and placements.
Placements: 1.5% of students were placed in my course. 2. 10k to 15k is the range of salary offered. 3. There is no top recruiting companies in the college. 4. 45% of people get internships in small companies.
Infrastructure: 1. The facilities and labs are good but the equipment are less, the classrooms are good, the library is also okay. 2. Hostel was bad, food quality in mess was also bad, the canteen is good, the medical facilities are good, sport and games are of very good quality.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. The teachers are neither well qualified nor knowledgeable. The teaching quality is bad and there is no particular time table that is followed. There is no maintenance and no care for students.
