Nowgong Polytechnic Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Nagaon

Placements: Every year there are 25 to 40% students placed in our course. The highest package offered is 400000 and the lowest package is 280000 with an average package of 320000. L&T, BESMAK, Marico, ITC, etc. are the top companies. 70 % I already liked mechanical engineering. I wanted to become a mechanical engineer in life, that's why I studied mechanical engineering.

Placements: The institute is situated in Nagaon, Assam. The campus is large and has a good environment. It has two boys hostels and one girls hostel. The faculty is quite friendly. Every year, placements come from different companies. Overall, it is a good institute to study and gain practical knowledge.

Placements: Placements in our college are not good at all. None of the companies visited the campus for placements. After completing the course, you need to visit the company for seeking any job, and this is ridiculous. If you need good placements, this college is not a good choice at all. However, after completing the course, you can apply for various government sector jobs.

Placements: Three students from our batch got placed in Pune. Seven others including me found an opportunity to join a company, but I left it as I wanted to pursue higher studies. My friends are working. In our batch, 81% was the highest percentage scored by the students.

Placements: Students got placed in our course. Placements depend on students' skills. If you get excellent ranks, top companies visit our college and provide jobs. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Infosys, etc. Students got internships in companies like Infosys, etc. Top roles offered in our course are in data analysis and web development.

Placements: Placements are good. Internships are provided at the end of the semester from the second year. Students get jobs and apprentices. Top recruiting companies are Dalmia, Tata, etc.

Placements: If you're a student, then your placement is sure.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are mostly construction related such as dalmia, gamon, etc. Top roles that are offered in our course - junior engineer, Ast. Engineering. Student above 60% in HSLC exam and above 45-50% in Polytechnic admission test, can easily get a seat in this college.
