B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2020
2.6
2Placements3Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
In this college, you can start your career.
Placements: I have scored 37% of marks, which meets the criteria of JEE and 12th marks to join here. So, many marks are not needed to get admission to this college. Only in the CS branch, we can expect jobs. Some sales jobs offering companies also visit here for campus placements. The highest salary package offered was 3.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is quite good as the college was built in 2007. Our college just mentioned in the admission brochure that there is 24x7 Wi-Fi, but it is not available for students. Labs and classrooms are neat and clean. Our college does not have a hostel on campus area, but it is situated outside the campus. The hostel is not quite good for girls.
Faculty: Faculty members here are helpful and good as well. Their teaching is also quite impressive. They complete the entire syllabus and make students prepared for exams. They are always ready to help you and guide you, and whenever needed, they will assist you any time. During exams, if we had doubts, we used to call our faculty members anytime, and they used to help us as well.
Other: I was interested in chemical engineering, but my JEE marks were very low. So, I couldn't get admission to any of the chemical engineering colleges, so I randomly selected this college. I got an electrical branch. More practicals should be conducted in our branch, and field trips should be provided for a better understanding of students. Fest and programmes are arranged, so students get to enjoy as well.

Our college is awesome in every aspect like infrastructure, environment and faculty members etc.
Placements: Approximately 60% of students got placed in the institute. Approximately the highest package was 4.5 LPA and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. Companies like TCS and Triveni Turbines visited our college every year.
Infrastructure: Each department has Wi-Fi availability. Labs are well organized. Classroom are airy and have a projector in it. Library contains most books of students' interest. Hostel and food availability is good but quality is average. Canteen is well organized separate cabins for boys and girls.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some of our teachers are postgraduate and some are Ph.D. holders also some are doing their Ph.D. Teaching is very much good. Curriculum is relevant but advancement is so much important. Upgradation of the curriculum will help students.
Other: I was motivated to pursue this course. Curriculum must be improved.

It is a good college, and yearly gathering is the best thing.
Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. TCS, IWS, Pompee, Wind Power Triangle and lots of companies have visited the college and selected students. IT companies are more in number than core companies. Our college must tie-up with some core companies in order to increase placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good now, and the library is the best. Classrooms are fully digital, and seating arrangement is superb. Free space is available here, and there is a good playground. The new auditorium is best, and it is one of the best things in Vidarbha.
Faculty: Teachers here are the best, good guidance, and technical subjects teachers are very good. But it would be more helpful if practical knowledge is focused rather than theory. HR section department staff members and training staff members are very helpful in guiding.
Other: Our college events are the best.

Great Teaching staff and good activities.
Placements: Around 60 percent of students got selected for different companies. The highest packages was 6 lacs and the lower was 2.4 lacs. SMS, TCS, Smart data were among the top recruiters. Some of the students got Internships in various reputed companies like BHEL, TATA Power etc.
Infrastructure: The college was well-equipped with the basic as well as supreme facilities like hi tech library, free wireless fidility network all over the college premises. Most importantly, the staff was very qualified and helpful. Regarding the hostel, the accommodation and mess were great.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and very knowledgeable ones. Some of them were Ph.D. holders. They were available for the students as and when required during the college hours. Overall, if I have to rate the teaching it would be 9 on 10 from my side. The curriculum was well relevant to the industry.
Other: I always wanted to be a Civil Engineer. Since it drives me forward about infrastructure and planning of towns. The practical knowledge would have been better. Everything was perfect about extracurricular activities.

I am satisfied with the teaching faculty but dissatisfied with placement faculty members.
Placements: More than 100 students got placed from the 2020 batch. The highest salary package offered till now is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini and IBM visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like system engineer and network engineer, are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are well-equipped with the latest instruments. Hostel facilities are also good. The library facilities are also great, and every book related to the present course are available. If the books are not available, then the library staff members make sure the book to be available in 1 week.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teachers solve every query of students. Their teaching quality is excellent. Teachers make a particular topic easy to understand. They explain students in understandable language. The course curriculum is relevant.

It is a good college with friendly teachers.
Placements: Nearly 50% of the students get placed in our course each year. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Triveni Turbines and Mahindra are the top recruiters. Top roles offered here are regional supervisor, etc. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA. Almost 60% of the students get internship opportunities from our college.
Infrastructure: There are digital classrooms. The library has a number of articles for study. Labs are well maintained and have all machines and equipment for performance. Hostel food quality is not up to the mark. Canteen is good. Medical facilities for an emergency are available at any time. The college supports various sports activities.
Faculty: Teachers here are quite knowledgeable and are qualified from highly reputed institutes of the nation. Teaching quality is good. Concepts are cleared by teachers. The course curriculum is related, and it helps in clearing exams. I think the course taught does not make students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering because, since childhood, I was interested in mechanical stuff. I wish I should be capable of increasing the practical time for mechanical engineering. Events, workshops are conducted many times every month. Scholarships are provided as per different categories. Campus surrounding is very good.
