Best government college in Bargarh.
Placements: No opportunities come to this college in terms of placement. The placement cell, though existing, seems ineffective. It appears that they are present merely to enjoy AC rooms and have tea, offering little support to students. Occasionally, a placement opportunity arises from a company that provides jobs in the range of 1.2 to 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classes are insufficient in number, lacking separate buildings for +2, B.Sc., and M.Sc. classes. Basic facilities such as toilets are not readily available, and water facilities are poorly maintained. Drinking water taps do not work properly, and labs are not well maintained. Hostel facilities are subpar, and water shortages pose a significant problem.
Faculty: The teachers are generally helpful, with Ph.D. graduates and highly qualified lecturers. Teaching quality is somewhat good, and the course curriculum aligns with the CBCS model, reminiscent of the old Indian education system. Semesters are relatively easy to pass, with a pass percentage of nearly 80.
Other: I chose this college because it is the only fully government college in the district. However, basic facilities should be improved, and each department should receive sufficient funds.

Panchayat College Review .
Placements: There were 30 total students in our batch. Every student has around a 60% average in 12th grade. There is no placement for this course. No companies come to the institution for recruitment. No one got an internship at our college at that time. There is no professional course in our college.
Infrastructure: The college campus is really impressive. It is a smart campus, i.e., Wi-Fi is available on campus. Classrooms are really big, with a capacity of 300 students simultaneously. The library has a good number of books available. The playground is there for football and cricket.
Faculty: The curriculum comes in six semesters with three main subjects, such as physics, chemistry, and math. Each semester brings something new to learn. Exams are moderate, i.e., not so difficult or easy. The pass percentage is around 80%. I don't think it makes students ready for any upcoming entrance.

Panchayat college review .
Placements: There is no placements offer here. It only provides degree. Most students pursue higher education studies. Or they prepare for the government jobs. Here student get B.Sc. M.Sc. B.A. M.A. B.Ed Courses. By this it offers zero placements to the students incampus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is good. Now new labs and classroom are constructed and it is digitalized by having smart board and Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel is also pretty good. The mess and canteen provide basic food every day. Library is good but only course related books we can get.
Faculty: Here most of the teachers are very supportive and provide good guidance to the students. They help them in there doubt. Many teachers are well qualified Ph.D. holders. The semester exam are not much difficult any one can get pass marks easily by studying 15 days.

Panchayat college is one of the best college of Odisha.
Placements: In my college most of the students get a job after passing out of the college because it is a training course in B.Ed teacher education so after competing the course you can get a job at any educational institution. Also there is internship programme in which you get a chance to teach students in the nearby schools which is a great experience.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is basic, not so good or bad. When I enrolled, there was no hostel system for boys, but a hostel system for girls was there, but now there is a hostel facility for both boys and girls starting this year. A library is available with limited resources; no Wi-Fi is available. The canteen is available with average quality food but is very cheap as compared to any university I have ever attended.
Faculty: Teachers were really good, and there was a great study atmosphere. Sufficient staff are available. A great curriculum is easy to understand and makes a way for the complete development of the student and a competent teacher. Exams are good, but there are always delays in results as it is affiliated with Sambalpur University. The pass percentage is over 90%.
Other: In my family, my grandfather was a school teacher, so I always wanted to be a teacher from the start, so that's why I chose the B.Ed. course. I wish for better facilities to be made available to the students. The campus's surroundings are great as it is a bit away from the city. State scholarships are available; SC and catagory students receive approximately INR 50,000 in scholarships.

The harsh reality of government college.
Placements: It is not too good; there is a less number of students who get into this placement but get a less than 4 LPA package, and most of the students even get a package. Companies like HCL and other local teaching institutes. Top roles are a tutor, a teacher, or an employee.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are very well experienced, having a decade of experience in teaching and research. Infrastructure is good. Everyone gets free Wi-Fi. Classrooms are of big sizes, having well-equipped labs and instruments. There is also a canteen which serves good food at a good price.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-experienced and possess great knowledge in their respective fields. Teaching quality is excellent, and the mode of teaching is effective. Concept clarification is thorough, and they utilize technology such as projectors for explaining topics.
