The GATE 2025 registration process with late fee is closed now for admission to the MTech course. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
A few more updates are given below:
- TANCET 2025 registration process for admission to MBA and MCA courses is expected to commence in the month of Jan 2025. The TANCET 2025 exam dates are yet to be released.
- The TNEA application form 2025 for admission to the BE/BTech courses will be released in May 2025. Soon, the TNEA 2025 schedule is expected to be released.

Rules can be reduced at Panimalar Engineering College.
Placements: They say 95% of students were placed, which I don't know if it's true or not. The highest package offered is said to be 36 LPA. The lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the average is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Infosys, IBM, etc. They don't provide internships along with the course; instead, they request students to take on external internships. Data Analyst, Software Engineer are some of the roles offered in this course.
Infrastructure: Hostels contain a gym, salon, and a small canteen. A single room can be shared with 3. A room consists of a single restroom. Snacks such as tea, cake, or biscuits are provided. No hosteller is allowed to go outside without a guardian or parents during non-holidays. Students have to wear formal attire while going to the mess if any Saturday is a working day for other year students.
Faculty: The faculty are good at teaching. They teach using blackboards, while some colleges just project PDFs and read them out. There are a total of three theory exams and one practical exam. Internal assessments 1 and 2 are followed by the end-semester practical, and at last, the end-semester exam will be conducted.
Other: No events such as cultural activities ever happen in this college.

Good environment to learn with fun.
Placements: Nearly 90% of students were getting placed in this college. The only criteria for the students is they should not have a standing arrear while applying for placement. If you don't have an arrear, for sure you will get placed. Many MNC and core-related companies are coming for the placement drive.
Infrastructure: Depending on your department, the labs will be equipped for the necessary functions. But if you want to use your phones in college, you can't use it because there is no network coverage. In the hostel, they provide Wi-Fi and food for the hostel students. In case of medical emergencies, they will take you to Panimalar Hospital. The check-up is free of cost and you have to pay for the medicine only.
Faculty: The facilities will be friendly with you, and for exams, they will provide you with important questions. If you perform well in the internals, surely you will complete the semester with a higher GPA. The semester exams are easy to pass, if you are an average student, you will get above 7.4 GPA.

Panimalar engineering college review .
Placements: I completed my mechanical engineering in 2022. A small percentage of students were only placed in the campus interview. The highest package may be 4 Lacs per year, and the lowest is 2 Lacs per year. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Wipro, and HCl are all coming for placement.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is really good when compared to other college. Because will have proper libraries, high-tech lab facilities, a video-audio class room, etc. The hostel facilities is really amazing. The college will also provide foods for the both-day scholar and hostel students. The college does not support sports like other colleges.
Faculty: The college teachers are well qualified and trained staff. All the teachers have completed their Ph.D. also. The teaching quality is also very nice; they will clarify the students doubts any time at any place for n number of times until the students get clarified.
Other: The college is very safe for the students, especially for women. Because there is ragging in the college.

A review of the college.
Placements: The companies that came to recruit during the placement were Kaar Technologies, Accenture, Hexaware, etc. The highest salary package was 8 lakhs per annum. The roles offered by these companies were Intern and GET. The students can do internships with the help of the faculties.
Infrastructure: The college was located in Poonamallee. The college infrastructure was decent. They maintain the college surroundings very neat and clean. The hostel was very good. There were around 150+ rooms in a single block. Each room was allocated for 4 members. The food quality was also good.
Faculty: The semester exams for the course were a little bit difficult. They were if we studied properly. The teachers were helpful. The attendees were also friendly towards the students. There are 3 internal assessments for each semester. The pass percentage was 95%.
Other: Kindly conduct some entertainment events.

Good infrastructure and college.
Placements: The placement opportunities are average when compared to other college. The average salary package is around 4 LPA. The highest salary package is around 8 LPA. Top recruiters are Raunaq Foundations, Infra Market, etc. The roles offered by these companies were Trainee engineer and Engineer Trainee.
Infrastructure: The college has all adequate facilities. The department blocks have all facilities. The laboratories are quite old. The library was good and it has good internet speed. The hostel has all necessary facilities. There were around 200 rooms in a hostel block. The food quality was also very good.
Faculty: The staffs are good. They were well talented. They help the students gain knowledge in the subject. The course curriculum was relevant to the field. They conduct 8 semesters for the whole course as per Anna University. The semester exams were easy if we studied.

Panimalar Engineering College is average.
Placements: 20–30% of people were only placed. The highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Renault, Nissan, Tata Electronics, Blue Star and Accenture. The top role offered is the Graduate Engineer Trainee Post.
Infrastructure: The college campus should be very neat and clean. Our college has one central library and a separate one for each department. The class and the lab should be well maintained and each department should have a separate AV hall. The hostel students each have a separate room.
Faculty: The faculty members should be very friendly. All teachers have Masters and faculty in our domains. Each faculty member has greater experience. The course curriculum is relevant to the field but it does not match the current trend. The semester exam should be moderate. The pass percentage should be 80%.
Other: Many festivals should not be conducted in our college; only cultural ones should be conducted very simply. Many competitions should be conducted as well as workshops.
