The college has decent infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. The college has its placement cell which invites various companies to the college to hire the students. Various companies like E&Y, PNb MetLife, etc., visit the college to offer placements. The average package offered to my seniors was in between Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month. The salary package offered was in between 6 LPA to 7 LPA.

PGDAV is the best college in its own way.

Placements: Many companies like E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte and many other best companies visit the college every year. Students with maximum marks get placement opportunities. A minimum 60% marks make the students eligible for placements. Some companies take an online test followed by an HR interview and technical test. Some companies conduct the HR interview directly.

Good faculty with a strong placement record.

Placements: Companies like EnY, Genpact, Larsen and Toubro, Royal Bank of Scotland and many more came to our college for placements. The percentage of hiring students was way more than the previous batch. The packages offered started from 2 to 3.5 Lacs per annum. The placement cell of PGDAV did a great job in inviting big companies and students were not disappointed as the quality of competition in the interview process was also good.

The College to remember for Life.

Placements: Yes, there is a placement cell in PGDAV college and is working really hard. Since the majority of the people are from commerce background, companies offer job-related to that only. You can expect 3L p. a to 5 L p. a. I got placed in college but did not take the job.

Overall, it is an average college.

Placements: Placements in our college are not at all good. Most of the placements are for commerce students, and for them also, the salary packages are very low. Most of the students do some other course along with college studies or pursue higher education. There is a placement cell which brings a good number of companies every year. So, if you have talent, then you will definitely get placed.

Our college has one of the biggest canteens among all the colleges affiliated to Delhi University.

Placements: I was appointed as an operations executive in Skyways Pvt. Ltd. I worked as a trainee for six months, and I became a permanent employee after that. I learnt many things, and I've even improved my communication skills. I got the opportunity to interact with foreign clients. I helped the organisation to get five clients, and get awarded for this as I am the youngest employee.

Placements: From last two years our college doing extremely amazing things. This year many classmates and batch mates got selected in company's like L&T, wipro, TCS and HP etc. Due to high cuttoffs in economics and B.Com they easily gets students who are master in their field.

Overall, I must say that this college is best for the weak students to boost them.

Placements: Many companies came for the placement offers. The companies like Google, Infosys, RBS, etc., asked our college students whether they would like to work in their company or not. Many of the students wanted to do the job, but the seats were limited.

A review of PGDAV College.

Placements: Placements are good in general. The placement cell is active and organises a placement fair every year which is attended by the college students as well as students from other DU colleges. All in all, the placement is pretty good. The placement cell does not only have teachers but also students involved in it which makes it even more efficient.

College with potential to be the next good thing.

Placements: When it comes to placements, the college is seeing an upward sloping graph but the situation is still not very pleasing. It is almost similar to that of North Campus' colleges' undergraduate placements, that means what they get after graduation students get that after post graduation. The good point is that the trend is changing and becoming favourable for students with each passing year.

PGDAV is a place we learn.

Placements: The placement is not well, but you will get a lot of things to make yourself better. It depends on you how you are going to give shape to your life as well as career. Other facilities are that not many companies come to PGDAV, but it is becoming better from time to time.

A well infrastructure and facilitated College with huge scope.

Placements: Even though in the statistics department there are very little scope in India, our college helped us in exploring those fields very well. The Faculty helped us in preparing for Indian Statistical Institute Entrance as well as other Statistics Institutions. One of our batchmates even cleared the examination. Placement only after B.Sc. in Statistics is difficult or rather we could say not practical. So everyone opted for higher studies.

PGDAV- One of the best out of campus college of Delhi University.

Placements: Placement cell is very active but not able to bring top companies except I. e. E&Y and RBS. Only BPOs like Genpact, concentrix etc. Gives placement on large scale with very low package. Finance and accounting roles are difficult you will get profile related to operations, customer service, chat process etc. Please not expect internship from placement cell, find from your own.
