This is the best college.
Placements: There were 100 students in our batch. Many MNCs visited our college to hire students. Almost 95% of students got internships and they work abroad now.
Infrastructure: All facilities were excellent in this college. Laboratories and classrooms were clean. In the hostel, all basic facilities were provided. Students can play football and other games. The canteen was like a mini kitchen and it was hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were highly qualified and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum was relevant. The pass percentage was 50%.
Other: Due to covid, I chose pharmacy because, in the future, there will be very much scope for pharmacists. Our college is the best because it organises various functions like fests and many more. Our campus is good.

It is a very good college, and you must join here. The experience and teaching quality are very good
Placements: A good percentage of students were placed at our college. The highest salary package is 5 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Cipla, Sun, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are very good. There is also a lab, Wi-Fi, a library, a sports field, rooms, a mess, a canteen, and medical facilities. The labs are good. They have full equipment to perform practicals. The library has all the books available.
Faculty: Class tests and MSE are happening. All teachers are very knowledgeable and well-qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. They take PPTs to improve our communication skills. They also give projects and lab sessions. The pass percentage of semester exams in college is 50%. It also takes quizzes, OBT, and mid-semester exams. They conduct industry visits for a better experience.

The staff was good, and placement was 50-50 due to some issues with the faculty.
Placements: The placement rate is 50 percent. The highest package is 3.5 Lacs. Micro, Sun Pharma, Lupin, etc. are the top recruiters. 80% of students got internships. The top roles offered were medical representative, quality control, quality assurance department, and some pharmacy intern jobs as assistant pharmacists in some areas.
Infrastructure: Course-with full facility of labs and classrooms are there. The canteen food was good and the mess was overall satisfactory, along with smart board technology and a library with enriched books according to every course. There is no need to worry about studies and activities as well.
Faculty: Qualified teachers with a good attitude and a helping nature in every aspect of college life. Semester exams are somewhat difficult. The course curriculum needs to be revised as it needs to be practical and field work should be there to make students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course to gain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and an interest in medicine. Improvement, of course, can be done through practical fieldwork. Various festivals and various events, like fashion shows and Ehsaas are organized.

Our college has good fests, teachers, courses, and placements.
Placements: Around 50% of students were hired upon their capability. The average salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA in Concern Pharma or other good companies. Most probably every student got the chance of eligibility, but the criteria of companies to choose the students upon their capability were different.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are good but given to the needy ones and teachers for welfare purposes only. Moreover, canteen facilities are also good as hostel students are given good food at an affordable cost with all the facilities. Moreover, a games room with all the equipment is maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are well trained and knowledgeable with a good concern for students. They also take students on industrial visits to cope with the industrial view perspective to make them ready for the future. Regular mid-semester exams are taken to evaluate students upon their capability and boost their knowledge. Teachers are well trained and cooperative.
Other: I always wanted to pursue this course as a medical line is always developing and India is the top-most pharmaceutical industry. Fests are held to boost enthusiasm in people and tackle confidence. Curricular activities are being done to boost the ability of the person.

The top roles that are offered in our course are medical representatives, drug inspector, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are very good. There is a library for our course i.e., B. Pharma. We can read any book free of cost. There are many laboratories for our course. Laboratories are for each subject. There are many canteens in our college. Medical facilities and sports rooms are also available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to students any time when they need in our college. Teachers are well-qualified. All are M. Pharma and some have Ph.D. in the pharmacy line. Teaching quality of our teachers is very good. Semester exams conducted in our college are difficult but our teachers make it easy. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I want to become a good pharmacist and open my own chemist shop so I chose B Pharmacy. The best thing about our course is that our practical knowledge is going well. Effectiveness of the Placement Cell for B.Pharma Programs at PCTE Group of Institutes

Based on student reviews and feedback, here's what we've gathered about the placement cell:

* Good Salary Packages: Our college provides a salary package of 3.5 LPA, which is impressive considering the industry standards.
* Ties-up with Top Companies: The college has established relationships with prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Sun Pharmaceutical, Aurobindo Pharma, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and others, providing students with ample opportunities for placements.
* Placement Pattern: Most students get placed with a Marketing Research (MR) role or in the marketing field, which suggests a strong emphasis on industry relevance and career development.
* Supportive Faculty: The pharmaceutical faculty teachers are known for being good, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, indicating a supportive environment for students' academic and professional growth.

Overall, while individual experiences may vary, the majority of students seem satisfied with the placement cell's efforts to secure jobs for them. However, please note that these observations are based on limited data and anecdotal evidence. For a comprehensive assessment of the placement cell's effectiveness, we recommend seeking additional sources and perspectives.

Q:   How successful is the placement cell in securing jobs for B.E. / B.Tech students at PCTE Group of Institutes?

A:
{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Placement Cell Success Rate

Unfortunately, based on the student reviews and alumni feedback, it appears that the placement cell at PCTE Group of Institutes has not been able to secure jobs for B.E./B.Tech students yet. This is evident from the fact that one reviewer mentions that "the college doesn't provide any placements" since they started offering the B.Tech course (which is likely to be within the last 1-2 years).

There is no further mention of the placement cell's efforts or success rate in securing jobs for students. Therefore, we cannot determine a specific percentage or metric to quantify the placement cell's performance.

It is essential for students considering admission to this institution to be aware of these limitations and to weigh their expectations accordingly.
