Review of PGP College of Engineering - PGPCE.

Placements: We did not get any placements. The college has very poor placement records. They don't provide pre-placement services. Even in the final year of engineering, we did not get any placement services. But, we have attended many aptitude classes. Students participated in many off-campus placement drives.

Good education and good training for lifetime.

Placements: I got placed in a good company of Tata Group of business. I am very interested and happy with that placement. I got a good salary with that. Also, a lot of experience with initial stage and how to manage starting days in Chennai was given, and I learnt a lot of things from the beginning stages.

The college has a good infrastructure and the campus is lovely. But the students are not allowed to utilize it much. The quality of education that they provide is average and the placements are not good. Extra-curricular activities do not happen much.

College has a central library, hostel and canteen. It is well equipped with all facilities. It has an awesome campus located on a hilly terrain with lush green surrounding. You can find people from all across the country and even from abroad. There is open hall for college fest(Karandak).

It is a very good college where you get all the facilities under the same roof. You can approach the faculty whenever you have any question or you are in a doubt. The faculty are very friendly and supportive. The labs are very well equipped and well maintained.

I studied at 2009. The college infrastructure is superb. Teaching is Average. Placement is available for some departments only. I don't know how the placements are improved now. But I think so they have changed a lot. I am sure more no of students are studying in PGP comparing to other colleges. Reason is advertisement.
