Short and subtle review of PI E. T.

Placements: There's a lot of companies visiting the campus on regular basis. I also have heard from the teachers that the students get placed quite often in this college. They usually say if you can't get placed from this college then its your fault which indicates they have some good placement.

Overall a good college but lacks facilities.

Placements: In college, there are campus placements that are not of high package. So please do not get completely dependent on the college for the placement and internship moreover. College provides you the opportunities only and it depends on you whether you grab them or leave them.

It's a good college only for local students.

Placements: Almost 20% of the students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 33 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Capgemini is the top recruiting company. No internships are offered. Roles offered are software developer, Php developer, and Python programming language. Our college also offers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C+, and data base.

It is a decent college in all aspects.

Placements: Placements are good. Many companies visit with decent packages. In our course, approximately 10 students are placed with a good starting package. TCS, Wheel kings, Capgemini, etc., visit to hire students.

College is good for studies but in terms of infra, sports, canteen, extra curriculum it lacks.

Placements: As at time of admission every college promised to give 100 percent placements same was promised to us but really only 40 to 50 percent students gets placed and there the highest package is 10 to 12 lacs and minimum was 2 to 3 lacs. No big company visit there only small companies came there to acquire the students. Mostly students do their internship from outside the college because college did not provide such facility at good level. No such good role was offered to us at our course we are just ...

I am dissatisfied with placements and exam results.

Placements: A very minimal number of students got placed in our batch, and that too was not in the core companies related to civil engineering work. The highest salary package offered was around 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA. There was no company for our core branch.

The college is regretful and lacks placements.

Placements: Almost 40% of the students got placements in this field in this college. The highest salary package offered is around 6.64 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Land-Craft Developers, ICICI Prudential, ABSAS Solutions, Just Dial, Guntas Engineers & Architecture. Almost 75 to 80% of the students got an internship from companies like Ultratech, Birla, etc.

The placement cell is not active. Still, pool campus placements are conducted here.

Placements: Placements depend on your performance here. Many companies visit the college, but only those students who perform well in qualifying rounds get selected. Placements are provided in our college, and our college said that almost every student got placed. But the average salary offered varies from Rs. 20,000 per month to Rs. 30,000 per month. Students got placed in companies like Infosys, etc., but not in product-based companies like Amazon, Google, etc. You can attend placements and grab the highe...

Staff members and transport facilities are not at all good, but the infrastructure is good.

Placements: About 4-7% of the students from the ECE branch got placed in CS or IT companies. The average salary package offered is 3-4.5 LPA. None of the ECE core companies visits here, so students prepare for CS and IT companies and get placed in them. None of the students gets internships in ECE core companies.

Everything is good here, but you don't have freedom as it is like a school.

Placements: About 80% to 90% of the students got placed in the previous year from our college. But some of them didn't get jobs related to their course, but they got placed. Almost 100% of the students get internships from here. In the previous year, a girl named Valya got placed with a salary package of 28 LPA.

I am satisfied with the faculty. The campus is good, and the placement record is satisfactory.

Placements: The college tries to place 100% of the students, but around 70-80% of the students get placed every year. This year SAP visited our campus and offered a salary of Rs. 80,000 per month for software developer. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 17,000 per month. The average salary package offered ranges between Rs. 30,000-40,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Capgemini, TCS, and SAP visit our campus for placements. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 2.5-3 LPA. Amazon, IBM, SAP Labs, Indian Navy and Hitachi are the top recruiters of our course. Senior software engineer, junior software engineer, system analyst, etc., are the top roles offered in our course. Placements: The placement cell of our college invites decent companies. But, we didn't get knowledge or training related to placements. There are limited sources to get placed from that crowd. Students do internships on their own as they don't get any help from the placement cell.

Dissatisfied because of the placements for civil students.

Placements: Placements for civil students are very low as only 20-25% of the students get placed. Core companies related to the civil branch are not visiting the college since 2-3 years. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Capgemini, etc., have visited PIET college. The college has a placement cell, and it is good for students. They give their 100% to provide placements to students.

PIET has an amazing infrastructure and offers various undergraduate and graduate courses.

Placements: As per the records, the college provides 100% placements. While if you consider from the perspective of students, placements in the college are above average. The main motto of the college placement department is to conduct placement drives by inviting well-known companies to recruit fresher graduate candidates for various designations and job roles. Around 60% of the students were placed from our batch with salary packages of 2 LPA to 4.40 LPA. The placement cell did conduct various placement d...

Dissatisfied with the placements of the civil engineering department.

Placements: Placements for the students of our senior batch were not good. Among the 80 students in our senior batch, only a few of them got placed. No civil company has visited our college till now. A placement cell is also available in our college, and it is good for all other streams except for the civil department. Companies like Capgemini, HCL Technologies, Wipro, Amazon, Tata Group, etc., have visited our college to conduct placement drives.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members. They have to change their way.

Placements: There are no placements for the civil branch in our college. Companies visited the college to recruit students from the civil branch when it started. But now no civil companies are coming to the college because there is no focus on the civil branch in the college. They focus only on CSE, IT, and other courses like BBA, BCA, MBA, etc. Our HOD and teachers also do not care much about the civil placements which is a very bad thing for the future of civil students.

Placements: Placements of electronics and communication engineering department is not good at all as there is no competition among the students due to less number of students pursuing this course minimum package is low as about near to 2 Lacs per annum and the highest package is approximate near to 6 Lacs per annum and the average package is around near to 3 to 4 Lacs per annum.

Placements: The placements in PIET College is not up to a great extent, but your soft skills and techniques should be great so that you can grab that job opportunity. The average package of PIET College is Rs. 3 LPA, which is a very low package but okay for a private college.
