Placements: Number of students in the batch is 200. The placements percentage is 85%. The highest salary package offered is 52 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Amazon, Wipro, and IBM. Around 70% of students received internships in companies like Google, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, and Cisco. Top roles offered are software engineer, data scientist, product manager, systems analyst, and cloud engineer.
Infrastructure: B.Tech in computer science program offers modern infrastructure, including high-speed Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs with software for programming, data science, and AI. It also has spacious air-conditioned classrooms with smart boards and projectors. The library provides access to textbooks, journals, and digital resources. Hostel facilities include clean rooms with basic amenities and 24/7 security. The mess serves a variety of meals, and the canteen offers snacks. Medical facilities include health center on campus, and tie-up with a nearby hospital. The campus also features sports facilities, a gym, and organise sports events to promote physical well-being.
Faculty: Teachers in the B. Tech computer science program are highly qualified, with many holding advanced degrees. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive, ensuring strong academic guidance. The curriculum is industry-relevant, covering core subjects like algorithms, data structures, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning, making students industry-ready. Teaching quality is excellent, with a mix of lectures, labs, and projects. Semester exams are moderately challenging, testing both theory and practical knowledge. The pass percentage is typically high, with students who stay consistent in their studies and prepare thoroughly having a strong chance of success. Faculty members are highly qualified, and the course offers ample opportunities for internships and projects.
Other: I chose B.Tech in computer science due to my strong interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving. The best aspects of the course are its industry-relevant curriculum, hands-on labs, and exposure to emerging fields like AI and machine learning. However, I wish the course could include more industry collaborations and real-time problem-solving scenarios. The campus is vibrant, with regular events, fests, and extracurricular activities. The connectivity is good, and the campus surroundings are peaceful. Scholarships and support for extracurriculars further enhance the experience.

Really good infrastructure and teaching facilities, with good placements.
Placements: Our college provides 100% placement. Around 70-80% of students are placed till now. Top MNCs like Accenture and TCS visit our college. Many students secured internships at companies like Infosys to increase their skills.
Infrastructure: I think our college has the best infrastructure compared to other colleges in Kanpur. It has air conditioning in every classroom and faculty cabin. Every lab has Wi-Fi and LAN connections. Most of the lecture halls are converted into bio labs. There are many canteens and cafes.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Because of this, the students are ready to clear any test of the companies to get well placed. Exams are moderate and sometimes difficult so that we can gain knowledgeable content.

Satisfied with the infrastructure, but for college life, it's full of disappointment.
Placements: There isn't a specific known percentage for placements here. You get a decent company, but don't expect big names like Google or Amazon—more like Infosys. I'm referring to the MCA course, not BTech or others. It's also hard to maintain attendance here.
Infrastructure: The food quality is good, and there's also a cafe area, but it feels like a school environment. They ask you to maintain 95% attendance, which is tough to manage. I spoke to some students, and they said it used to be a good college, but things have changed now.
Faculty: Teachers can be rude or cool, depending on the student's behavior. They aren't bad, but if you're looking for a school-like experience, then go for it. Another issue is that they charge fines, and it's really hard to follow all the rules, which is disappointing.

Really good placement percentage.
Placements: Placement at Psit Kanpur is good when compared to other private colleges. The average package of B.Tech. computer science is 3.5 lacs. Almost 70 percent of students get placed. Infosys and TCS are companies that visit the campus. Internship opportunities are not so good; it's like, if you are good, there is an opportunity for you .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college covers 80 acres of campus with greenery. The infrastructure of college is good. A centralized air-conditioned class room with a class size of 62. The library is a good place to study; there are almost every book available. Hostel life is good but mess food is not good medical facilities are not good; sports events take place inside the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are not well qualified; they have knowledge of subjects, but they don't know who to teach them; they just give notes and pdfs for units. I am doing a B.Tech. They teach computer science by providing extra lectures on topics that are going on in industry and updating there study material according to them. Semester exams are moderate in level; you need to have proper knowledge and study the subject to pass them.
Other: I want to be a computer engineer so I selected a B.Tech. in computer science. The best thing about this course is that the increase in use of AI tools has a great future in the computer field. But practical knowledge is also important for the subject at hand. The college has a fest like Fresher for first-year students and the main fest is Ignatia, which occurred for 3 days. And there is a celebrity night.
