Review of Pratibha Institute of Business Management.
Placements: Our placement cell is very dedicated to bridging the gap; they tried there best to bring as many companies as possible for recruitment. But due to the recession and lack of projects, few companies recruit students. 60–70% of students are placed in our batch. Hiring companies are Deloitte, Infosys, PwC, Capgemini and many others at a package of 5–6 lacs. The top roles offered are software development and data science.
Infrastructure: The college provided many good facilities, and it is also pocket-friendly. The college campus was a big sports field, and a canteen is on campus. College seniors are very helpful; there interactions make us familiar with college. Basic facilities like the internet, good classrooms, and a physical and digital library are all available. The hostel provides rooms as well as food. Our hostel has its own gym. Mess food comes in non-vegetarian and vegetarian varieties.
Faculty: Well, faculty is the shining point of college; all faculty are either Ph.D.s or postgraduates. Their interest in subjects is really good, and they tried to give as much as possible. They have a combination of experience and knowledge. The MCA curriculum is big; we have projects and theoretical exams. Exams are conducted in our own college; they have 70 marks for the term-end exam and 30 marks for other internal exams.
Other: The college is located in the Chinchwad area, and all modes of transport are available to reach the college. Extracurricular activities and fests are held every year.

Think future, join PIOBM Pune.
Placements: Placements are good but not the best. Those who are interested in placement and have a 6.5 minimum CGPA are eligible for placement. I remember 10–15 companies visiting our campus, of which ITC, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, and HDFC are well-known. I was placed on Amazon as a community shopping moderator, and college really helped me get a job. The average package was around 3.4 lacs.
Infrastructure: The college campus is green and cheerful; classrooms have ventilation, fans, boards, and projectors. The library is on the second floor. They have a bunch of books that biometric verification students can enter. The hostel is good but many PGs are available nearby. Their fee is like 7k per month, including mess food.
Faculty: The faculty is very qualified and experienced; they have relevant finance experience. The course curriculum has been updated, and the syllabus is designed to align us with industry standards. Corporate trips and seminars are an essential part of the of the curriculum. Exams are conducted twice a year; more than 75% of students pass but 50% pass in all subjects in the 2020 batch.

Good Campus Life, Friends, and Memories.
Placements: A limited number of placements are secured, with only 20% of MCA students being placed at lower packages, averaging 2.5–3.2 LPA. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Teach Mahindra are the primary recruiters, with some students opting for BPO roles. Internships are provided for three months through college agreements, offering roles like system engineer and software developer.
Infrastructure: The college campus is relatively small, and while Wi-Fi is available, its speed is often inadequate. The library is well-equipped, and classrooms feature projectors. The combined college canteen offers good food, albeit at high prices. Regular cleaning is maintained, although occasional issues with unclean toilets arise. The campus primarily features a basketball court in the name of a ground.
Faculty: The faculty is good, qualified, and knowledgeable, but can be strict and occasionally frustrated. There is a suggestion to update the course curriculum by introducing topics like deep learning, AI, and ethical hacking. Semester exams follow SPPU norms, with a high pass rate in most classes.
Other: I chose this college based on my MHT CET score, but there are aspects that need improvement.

Our college provides helpful faculty members.
Placements: Placements were average. Many students got placed in good positions through the placement cell.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good. Everything was better in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members were helpful and supportive. They also provided study materials during exams. The teaching quality was better for us to understand every topic easily. They provided in-depth knowledge to students.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the placement .
Placements: I don't think more of the students got placed from out college the ones who got they also did not make it much package after completing MCA the max offer we are getting is of 2.5 LPA and the lowest position I could think of and sometimes the job isn't even technical did not even see any bigger companies come for placements .
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure we have a very small campus but in that too it is enough for library labs and classroom there are projectors and other facilities installed so it doesn't feel like small campus college on the other hand canteen is very small and common for two colleges the quality of food is also degraded and overpriced, medical facilities I haven't seen any and for sports just one basketball court that is also common between two colleges and used as parking not more of people can play.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable but they don't give their best as they have been assigned multiple tasks also apart from being a teacher they try their best but mostly the course does not get covered up and they schedule very difficult exam patterns for internal exams they don't understand the capability of their students .
Other: Campus life not sure of but as per the fees we pay it seems like okay college.

I am satisfied with placements and college life.
Placements: Number of placements done are less, but I got placed at Celebal Technologies as an IT system administrator. Only 40% in the batch got jobs in MNCs like Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, and Celebal. Some students start their own ventures. Internships are given by the college but at lower stipends in Pune-based regional organizations.
Infrastructure: College has good facilities. We have a generator for the computer lab, so no study will get interrupted. Well-stocked library. College building is very simple. Hostel basic things are good - room, food, gym, ground is good. Canteen food rates are affordable. Games and events are celebrated in the annual fest.
Faculty: I chose college because of faculty members. Our faculty members and students' relations are like family. If we have to start our own venture, they help us in idea and legal documentations. The course makes us industry-ready, but mostly in our class, students are interested to start their own ventures. Exams are tough; passing is easy, but scoring is very hard.
Other: Placements need to be improve.
