Review of Pratibha Institute of Business Management.

Placements: Our placement cell is very dedicated to bridging the gap; they tried there best to bring as many companies as possible for recruitment. But due to the recession and lack of projects, few companies recruit students. 60–70% of students are placed in our batch. Hiring companies are Deloitte, Infosys, PwC, Capgemini and many others at a package of 5–6 lacs. The top roles offered are software development and data science.

Think future, join PIOBM Pune.

Placements: Placements are good but not the best. Those who are interested in placement and have a 6.5 minimum CGPA are eligible for placement. I remember 10–15 companies visiting our campus, of which ITC, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, and HDFC are well-known. I was placed on Amazon as a community shopping moderator, and college really helped me get a job. The average package was around 3.4 lacs.

Good Campus Life, Friends, and Memories.

Placements: A limited number of placements are secured, with only 20% of MCA students being placed at lower packages, averaging 2.5–3.2 LPA. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Teach Mahindra are the primary recruiters, with some students opting for BPO roles. Internships are provided for three months through college agreements, offering roles like system engineer and software developer.

I am satisfied with placements and college life.

Placements: Number of placements done are less, but I got placed at Celebal Technologies as an IT system administrator. Only 40% in the batch got jobs in MNCs like Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, and Celebal. Some students start their own ventures. Internships are given by the college but at lower stipends in Pune-based regional organizations.

The best place to have knowledge and fun.

Placements: As I was already at Pratibha Jr. college, so I didn't face any cut-off marks problem to get admission in MBA, but the students from other Jr. colleges can get admission when they have a percentage of 50% or above in academics. The highest salary offered by the companies was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The companies like WNS, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, and many more companies visited the college for placements. As the company campus selection was open...

I am very much satisfied. Good faculty and campus.

Placements: Some companies have visited the campus and have conducted a good job fair. Almost 50% candidates got placed. The teachers and the lecturers are from the industry and have a good reputation. The college is in the middle of the city and is very well connected to the local transport.

Good college, excellent support from the college professors for studies and placements.

Placements: In PIBM, placements are provided for every batch. Lots of efforts are put for every student to be placed in one of top most companies. They provide best opportunities for getting placed. In PIBM yearly job fares are conducted where around 120 companies visit for placements. For job fare, maximum participants come all over from Maharashtra to participate in it. Maximum participants get placed in the annual job fair. All kind of roles were provided for students.

The college is fine in some terms.

Placements: Placements were good but it's very limited. Only some companies come for placements. They should encourage small firms for placements. Only some students were placed. The package offered is generally 2 lacks. The role offered varies from company to company.
