Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) - Batch of 2024

It totally wasted every penny to study some irrelevant subjects chosen by the college.
Placements: The internships offered by the colleges are very rare, but they are offered, and the companies hold a lot of value in the portfolio of students as the companies that offer internships are very prominent in the industry. It actually depends on the student if he or she has enough talent and expertise to get that internship, as there are a lot of students but fewer internships offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in the college to any student, as well as in labs. Classrooms are decent enough; each classroom has ACs, and the library is also well-equipped. The quality of food available in the canteen is disgusting and not good. There are no sports and game facilities available in college.
Faculty: No, the teachers were not helpful or knowledgeable at all. The teaching quality is also third-class and appropriate, with a very old-school teacher saying cringe-worthy jokes just to get attention. The course curriculum was not relevant at all; of all the different subjects offered by Mumbai University to the college, the college has chosen all the not-required and outdated subjects.

I am not satisfied with this college.
Placements: Placements were not good. As of the 2022 batch, only six students got jobs through campus. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA to 3 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. The library was excellent. All books were available in the library. The hostel facilities were not available. Sports and medical facilities were not available.
Faculty: Semester exams were difficult. The pass percentage was 38%. Our teachers were not helpful.
Other: I had a choice between taking NEET or this course, so I chose this one. The course was good, but there was a problem with placements.

Amazing faculty, amazing teaching pattern but needs improvement on placement.
Placements: No placement offers were given as of now. We did get internship messages, but those were limited. People did get internships, but with their own efforts and not through college. The in-house magazine internship was no doubt good, but that was completely unpaid and mostly useful for journalism students.
Infrastructure: The best faculty, infrastructure is quite good only for BMM classes; otherwise, there are a few parts of the college that still need to be worked on. But it's great in many ways, and the faculty members, to be very honest, BMM students are blessed with the best ones.
Faculty: Helpful teachers, relevant course curriculum, accurate information in lectures, practical teachings, and experiments. The pass percentage may be 40+, but the kind of teaching we received from the best teachers means I don't think anybody struggled to pass. Everyone aimed for good grades.
Other: I chose this course because of my personal interests. The improvements in the curriculum could've been made by teaching AI.
