Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In the recent batch, 40% of students got placed. The highest package is 26 lacs, the lowest is 8 lacs, and the average package is 10 LPA. There is very decent placement in our college, and it is the first time PhonePe takes students with good packages. GAIL, HPCL, PhonePe, etc. are the top recruiters. 60% got internships in companies like IOCL.

My college is the best in infrastructure. Many sports festivals are held in my college.

Placements: Guess 76 percentage students are placed and the highest placement was 25 LPA and minimum was 12 LPA. Top companies are coming to my college, and companies like ONGC, GAIL, and HAL have come to the campus. Many companies come to the campus, so this college is very nice and very well-placed.

A Comprehensive Review on RGIPT, Amethi by Himanshu Saini.

Placements: There is an overall placement cell, coordinating with departmental placement cell at the institute. The placement cell helps the students to get settled in their life after RGIPT. Even a lot of Alumni work in PSUs at very high and good positions. Many of the students study in foreign universities like the University of Houston. Almost eight-five percent of students get placed every year and others opt for higher studies.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of no exposure.

Placements: Placement is not good for tech branches. First batch of CSE passed out last year and very few companies visited our campus. Majority of students get hired off campus. We are also facing issues for internship because companies are not coming for internship.

Good facilities but not that good placements.

Placements: As I am from the IT branch, our first batch will pass out in 2025 , but in the CSE branch, the placement is going on and many students have secured the job, and the average package is currently 8 LPA for the CSE branch. As it is an energy institute, petroleum and chemical branches are a safer option here, and their average packages are above 10 LPA.

RGIPT: Best College for Chemical and Petroleum Only.

Placements: As the teaching branches are new and 2024 was the first batch of ECE to pass out, the placement stats were not so good. However, a few of them received offers from Micron and Cadence, and a few were GATE Rankers, AIR 52 and AIR 76. Students get the opportunity for industrial training at HAL Korba.

Good infrastructure and hostel.

Placements: RGPt is basically an institute built for the petroleum and chemical branches. But in 2021, it added CS Electronic. Hence, only one batch has passed until now. Honestly speaking, only 3 of my seniors were placed. Others prepared for GATE and opted for higher studies. College does not have any effect on calling companies at all.

Satisfied with the faculty infrastructure, facilities etc.

Placements: Nearly 70% of students are placed. Till now our course placement hasn't been done. As our course was started in the year 2021 so for the department of MnC, students will be placed in the year 2025. Many students from our course got opportunities for summer internships in various IITs and various MNC companies like Skidos, Halliburton, Caterpillar etc. Our course has mixed CS + mathematical subjects, you will also get to learn here financial engineering in the 4th semester which is the best part.

The college is best for petroleum and infrastructure of college is better than IIT.

Placements: Recently, a student got a placement in TCS at 3.25 LPA. 4 companies visited the college for CSE. The placement for petroleum is good. PSU companies like Gail, ONGC, and IOCL gave average packages of 24 LPA to students. Next year, companies like Cisco will also visit for campus placement.

Great infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placement scenarios at RGIPT can be classified into 2 further categories: one is for tech branches (CSE, IT, MnC, CSD, ECE, EV) (given that I am considering ECE/EV as teach branches for once), and the other is for core branches (PETROLEUM, CHEMICAL). So to be clear, placements for Core branches are going great for all big recruiters like SHELL, IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, etc. We are picking up the students at a decent rate, and on the other hand, we actually don't have any clarity on the placement of non...

Absolutely satisfied with the college. It is the best at my rank.

Placements: In chemical engineering, almost 95% of students are placed on campus and off campus. The highest package offered was 28 lacs by Shell, and the second highest package was 24 lacs, which is in the UIUX placement of a core student.

The college has its legacy in chemical engineering.

Placements: 1. Last year in the chemical branch, there was 100 percent placement. 2. The highest: 20 LPA, the lowest: 6 LPA. 3. IOCL, HPCL, JSW, GAIL, BPCL. 4. Almost 90 percent of students get internships in IOCL, HPCL, BPCL. 5. Multiple subjects and courses are offered so that students can spread in all sectors of chemical-related and energy-related careers, including refineries.

Overall, you have a good chance as a student of petroleum and chemical branch .

Placements: Here, the teaching branch is quite new; hence, we don't have data for the same, although we expect some good placements. Besides that, students from the Chem and Petro bag very good packages. Mostly, students from the Petro and Chem branch are placed in PSUs on good positions.

A growing institute of national importance.

Placements: Nearly all students get placed in core branches. Tech branches are yet to pass. IOCL, HPCL, GAIL, Torrent Gas, ONGC, Byju's, Wipro, etc. recruit from here. Tech branch students get internship mainly in startup companies like Zenskar, Trust Hive, etc. Research internships are offered at IITs, IIST and foreign universities like the University of North Texas.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In our college, the technical branches are new, so the work is still ongoing, which means that the work in placements is going on and our seniors are doing decent but in the case of the petroleum and chemical branches, the placements are very good. In fact, on par with the IITs, the average package in these branches is INR 12 to 13 lacs, which is a very good sign even for the technical branches. The companies are mainly PSUs that come to recruit the students.

If you can't reach IIT, RGIPT is the best option for you!

Placements: It is one of the best colleges in terms of placements for core branches. The highest and average package are INR 24 LPA and INR 10 LPA The top recruiters are ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, Byju's, Reliance, Adani gas, Torrent, etc. The first tech batch is yet to pass out; therefore, no stats are available for tech branches.

Placements: About 40% of students got placed in our college. Around 10 out of 60 students got placed in ONGC as AEE. The remaining students got placed in private companies like Byju's, Adani, etc. Some students got off-campus placements in HLS Asia.

Placements: Less than 50% is placed this year. Average package is about 12 -13 Lacs. The highest package is 24 Lacs. Ongc, torent gas are the top recruiting companies of our course.

Our college has a good crowd and campus.

Placements: The placements are good, As the Information Technology branch was established in 2021 and its first batch will pass out in 2025. The college has connections with big tech companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc. Also, PSUs like ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, etc., hire students at high packages .
