Not so good crowd, but great faculty, and developing facilities.
Placements: The college conducts an internship and placement fair every year which offers diverse opportunities for all courses. The placement cell also rolls many opportunities throughout the year other than just the fair. Now that depends on the student's capability to be able to crack the interview and be a part of the company they applied for.
Infrastructure: Facilities are getting better. We have new labs. There will be an another building soon. There's an online app that helps not only teachers but students as well to track their attendance and marks. The canteen is average. Sports and games are available for all.
Faculty: Faculty members are great undoubtedly. There are some issues that are inevitable in every other college, but overall, amazing teachers. The course English Hons does not allow one to get into an industry. It helps one to pursue UPSC and such government-competitive exams.
Other: We have several events and annual fests every year.

Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi - A satisfactory experience in college and campus.
Placements: Microbiology doesn't have good placements, but there are better ones in other courses at the college. In 2024, the highest package was 13 LPA by the Indian Army for the Mathematics course. The lowest package was 60k by Growth Path Mapper, Noida. The average package is 4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure – free Wi-Fi is available across the campus, well-equipped labs (one of the best in Delhi University), a vibrant library, and interactive classrooms. The college doesn't have hostels, but there are plenty of PGs and flats in nearby localities, well connected with the college.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and well-experienced. The curriculum is according to NEP 2020 and has a holistic development approach. It includes skill enhancement and ability enhancement courses. Semester exams are easy to moderate. Only subjective questions are asked.
Other: The course is particularly relevant for future employment perspectives. Be it food, pharma, medicine, or environment, microbiologists are needed everywhere. Large-scale opportunities are available both in India and abroad. I know a few alumni doing internships at AIIMS Delhi, National Institute of Virology, Pune, and many more prestigious institutes. Switching to other professions after Microbiology is equally beneficial. The college has a vibrant campus, especially when it comes to events and fests. The fest called SPLENDOR is a three-day-long event, including various performances from college students and a celebrity night. Scholarships under various programs are available.

Detailed analysis of RLAC by a senior.
Placements: Approximately 2–3 students get placed in college and most students don't even have the confidence to sit for the placement. The college has a placement cell, which can help students get placed. Students and teachers are still working to make it good. I hope they will be able to do it soon.
Infrastructure: The faculty was good but the infrastructure, according to the fee structure, was considered the worst. No hostel facility was available for the students, which they must provide. If you want to pursue a B.Sc. with honors in computer science, you should consider RLAC as your last choice.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable but the success of students depends on not only teachers but on students too. Teachers are very competent and help students with all their doubts. Teachers help students solve all their doubts.

Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi is an average college.
Placements: Placements are good for B.Com and B.A. courses but not that good for the computer science course. Every year they held a placement drive for a month where different companies visit the college for placements. Some students are offered good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay. There is a well-maintained canteen, which serves good food at reasonable prices. Our college shares the main outside ground and indoor sports area with another college, but it was good. A specific hostel is not provided by the college, but there is one on the South campus near the college.
Faculty: The examination system is top-notch, as well as the marking scheme for internals. They held semester-wise examinations under the University of Delhi jurisdiction. The student portals and the examination portals are well-maintained. I never faced any system cash or site cash issue there. Faculty members are also good here.
Other: Campus life is amazing. Fests and events are organised here. Everything was good here. Near the college students will find Satya Niketan hub to hang out and it has many PGs and hostels for students.

It's a decent college, so we can consider going for it.
Placements: Placements are available in newspapers and online platforms like Dainik Bhaskar and Amar Ujala. We are deluded if we are hoping for internship opportunities or placements in major media groups like Aaj Tak or the India Today Group. We have to make our own ways.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent. There is a radio and also a media lab which is fully furnished. We will find all the equipment that we can frequently use in a media agency. Hostel facility is not available. It is a great college for students who are from Delhi and stay with their families. But if students are from outside Delhi, we need to think twice, as the area is quite expensive.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. Course curriculum is decent. As it is University of Delhi, the syllabus and course planning are good. We will need to build relationships with the faculty members on our own. If we are good at making connections, this college could be a great choice for us.
Other: There are many societies, where we can decently enjoy our college life. We can be part of various societies, such as the debating society, dancing society, and Western dancing society. There is a lack of space for a playground, as the college shares its sports ground with Aryabhatta College. But if we are enrolling in media courses, we should definitely consider this college because the infrastructure of the media lab and radio station is excellent.

Dissatisfied with the placements, infrastructure and many other things.
Placements: There are no placements in RLAC until you get top ranks or the maximum SGPA or CGPA, only then will you get a placement offer of a package worth 2-3 LPA. There are many students in this course because even with a less CUET score you can get into this course.
Infrastructure: Wifi works only in some of the areas. The classrooms are like that of hindi medium schools. The food in the mess is average, but according to the price charged, it is good. You can prefer sports in RLAC, they’re good. The teachers are also good in the college, they are very helpful towards the students.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and are very helpful towards the students. There are high chances that the questions asked by them in our tests come in the semester exams. It makes it very easy for us as direct questions are asked in the exams. After giving practicals you get enough marks to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I am doing UPSC. Nothing about this course is best, it’s just a normal course. The curriculum taught under it has already been taught in your schools if you had history and political science then.
