B.A. (History, Political Science) - Batch of 2025
Offered by Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi
3.8

Ram Lal Anand is a college of dreams.
Placements: Placement is good. Students here get placement. The highest package was INR 2.6 lacs, and the average package was INR 2 Lacs. Students here enjoy themselves a lot; they feel very good about studying here. There is a lot of opportunity, and students here have to do a lot of hard work to get placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, as we know that we have given a building to Aryabhatta College, and when a new building is constructed, we will get our building back. We have a good playing field. Microbiology is the best course here, and microbiology students from Ram Lal Anand are always on top.
Faculty: Faculty is good, as we know that the majority of students have graduated from great colleges like JNU, Hansraj, Hindu, Jamia Milia Islamia, St. Stephen's, etc. Semester exams are not very difficult for you if you are an average student. Students should enjoy their college life more instead of feeling exam pressure.
Other: The college conducts many fest and they invite famous singers like Akhil, who is famous in the Punjabi industry.

Satisfied with the campus and faculty .
Placements: I don’t know exactly how many students were placed but students were getting placed hence this shows that the placement cell is hard working. Don’t have knowledge about the packages offered to the students. Students are getting internship in companies like Dealate corp, AIM India, Sports app, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not available but the infrastructure is very good. All the required books are available in the library and the reading area is also good. Canteen facility is good. Food quality, seating arrangement and staff behavior is excellent.
Faculty: Well qualified and knowledgeable teachers are available. The curriculum is good. Semester exams are neither too easy nor too difficult as it totally depends upon the students how they prepare and attempt the exam.

Dissatisfied with the placements, infrastructure and many other things.
Placements: There are no placements in RLAC until you get top ranks or the maximum SGPA or CGPA, only then will you get a placement offer of a package worth 2-3 LPA. There are many students in this course because even with a less CUET score you can get into this course.
Infrastructure: Wifi works only in some of the areas. The classrooms are like that of hindi medium schools. The food in the mess is average, but according to the price charged, it is good. You can prefer sports in RLAC, they’re good. The teachers are also good in the college, they are very helpful towards the students.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and are very helpful towards the students. There are high chances that the questions asked by them in our tests come in the semester exams. It makes it very easy for us as direct questions are asked in the exams. After giving practicals you get enough marks to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I am doing UPSC. Nothing about this course is best, it’s just a normal course. The curriculum taught under it has already been taught in your schools if you had history and political science then.

Our college is an awesome college.
Placements: Around 85% of students were placed. The highest salary package is 1.25 LPA, the average salary package is Rs.80,000 per annum, and the lowest salary package is Rs.60,000 per annum. Top roles are offered. Top recruiting company is teaching line. College provides preparation of civil services, etc.
Infrastructure: College facilities are very good. There are many water coolers, clean classrooms, a fully air-conditioned library, free Wi-Fi, etc. All the facilities of the college are awesome. Huge canteen with cleanliness and many varieties of food for students and staff, and clean drinking water are available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. There is no difficulty in semester exams. The pass percentage is 33 out of 100. The course makes students industry-ready by the knowledge of society.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. The best thing about our course is it is very easy and helpful for the future.

This college has helpful faculty, good infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: About 25% of students were placed in our course. An internship fair was organised by the placement cell of the college. Many students in our course were offered an internship in that fare. Apart from the fair, many companies offer internships in a year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college, some labs are well constructed. Also, the library contains all the necessary books that are required for studies. There is no hostel at our college. Medical facilities are also provided in our college. There is a club activity room for various indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in our college. The semester exams are moderate type, not too difficult or easy. According to me, this course is not as relevant as other courses offered by the college. But it's a good course to do along with gaining experience in some other skills as well.
